We went in to buy a suit for my son, and Carrie was AMAZING! She had lots of great suggestions and was so patient with us. Special thanks also to Peter for his help. We left with a beautiful, timeless suit and a cool shirt and tie. Definitely a great experience.

I still can't believe what happened in our wedding rental experience, and it's been a year and a half.We rented 3 suits from Moores Cambridge: 1 groom, 2 groomsmen. The suits did not arrive for fitting until Thursday prior to a Saturday wedding. In spite of asking repeatedly in advance, we were assured this would be enough time.Thursday came, the groomsmen got their suits. None for the groom. He followed up all day and was continuously given excuses from the staff at Moore's, and brushed off until much later in the day, when Moore's finally admitted that the GROOM'S SUIT WAS STUCK ON A FEDEX TRUCK. Apparently" the driver was sick and somehow

I have NEVER enjoyed shopping for clothes. It was something I considered a dreadful chore & I hated the idea of even trying to rebuild my personal wardrobe after losing far too much weight due to medical issues - however the XXL shirts hung like bags on my frame and trousers simply no longer fit.Moore’s in Cambridge has completely changed my attitude towards shopping for my clothes. The staff were friendly beyond belief. Aarin went out of her way to make us welcome on our first visit to the store & provided exemplary customer service.That first visit set me back $70.We returned & found an even greater welcome. Peter, one of Aarin’s co-workers, greeted us before the door had even closed behind us. He immediately fetched a chair from the back of the store so that I, an individual living with mobility issues, could wait comfortably. He also immediately set to work helping Aarin & my spouse find shirts, trousers, jackets & vests.One might immediately dismiss this as someone trying to upsell the customer, however he was quick to suggest the ability to source a previous season’s item of clothing through the store ordering system when he knew he could find it for a more affordable price.While Aarin was assisting me & my wife with clothes in the changing room & pinning for necessary adjustments Peter took the initiative to note the colour of shirts we had chosen and selected neckties we might wish to consider. He was spot on in his choices.When all was done with this most recent purchase, it rang in at $700, but also included at least that amount in sales discounts & markdowns.I left the store a very happy customer and thankful that I have found a men’s clothing store that cares about its customers.A big shout out to Aarin & Peter for their work!! We’ll be back!!

My boyfriend bought a pair of suits here for going to a wedding as a guest. The costs of the accessories are ridiculous. Also, they did not measure my boyfriend. For $500 suites it looks like something old-fashioned people would wear. We regret going here.

Friendly, helpful staff. Didn’t find what I was looking for but left satisfied by the service. first at home in Halifax, then again in Cambridge ON a couple days later, while there for business.

Last weekend I came in and wanted to match up an outfit to a colourful suit jacket I had already purchased for an upcoming event. I brought the jacket in and Carrie helped me and knew exactly what I was thinking. We matched up everything from shirt and pants to my tie and pocket square and made it a fun experience. I had many complements on my suit and wanted to say thank you to Carrie.

Went to pick up my new suit for my brother's wedding this Saturday. When I was at the store to buy the suit I had to try on a grey vest because they did not have black to match. When I arrived to pick up the suit they never ordered the black and the grey vest was still in the bag. I drove from Woodstock. No apology, no offer of a discount, just oh we will order you one now. Poor attention to detail makes for unhappy customers. Get it together.

honestly best shopping experience I could have imagined. Like many I had no idea what I was doing when I went in to purchase a suit for my wedding. Brittany made the whole experience super easy and was incredibly helpful. From selecting styles, offering advice on different colors/patterns, and making suggestions based on the wedding colors.I also had to get the pants altered and they were done the day I was told without any hassle, and they came out great.Very happy with the purchase and with the customer service. Made something that could've been stressful into a pleasant experience.

We rented for a wedding party of 6 (including 2 kids). All went in for measurements (which seemed very thorough) and to pay well in advance. They called the groom nearly every single day up until the wedding with questions, so you'd figure they're doing their jobs well. 2 days before the wedding we were told the shoes we requested were unavailable. The day before the wedding everyone picked up their suits and not a single suit fit correctly. One of the kids was given a dress shirt that went past his knees and parents had to take him back to the store (out of the way, during the busy day before wedding prep) to get a proper fitting shirt. One suit was obscenely large and baggy (the dress shirt so large the suit jacket couldn't close over it) and pants so big the groomsman just purchased as close a style suit on his own as they told him it was just the style they ordered

I went in today with my sister-in-law who was struggling to decide the best outfits for her groomsmen. Within no time, Brittany was there to help us and provided so much advice and support that we were able to quickly decide on a groomsmens outfit! We cannot thank her enough for such a wonderful and productive experience! We will be back for the father of the bride and groom outfits for sure!
