Dr. Michael Woolfrey

I waited a long time for knee replacement with Dr. Woolfrey but it was worth the wait - he is the gold of orthopaedic surgeons. His name, method and skills are praised far and wide. The op was highly successful and went very smoothly. For the 2nd knee a few years later, I was sent to another surgeon - after it had healed, I was still in pain. This surgeon told me his method wasn’t the same as Dr. Woolfrey and he’d used a totally different procedure. Had he told me this prior to surgery, I would have insisted on, and been prepared to wait on Dr. Woolfrey. I have so much pain in this second knee I cannot walk very far or go up stairs easily. Plus it is now swelling 10 yrs after.Thank you Dr. Woolfrey and team, I hope you will be available to do a revision for me. You are the best!

Received ankle surgery for 3 broken bones 3 months ago by Dr Woolfrey. He is very personable and thorough during post op visits. My progress has been quite good I'm walking with a cane . Highly recommend him, if ever I require surgery again will certainly request him as my surgeon.
