Justin exceeded my expectations. I was finally ready to buy a new used truck after owning a 2005 2500HD but prices on used trucks is just stupid these days. I have been watching used trucks on Craig's List when I saw one for a decent price. I called Justin and learned he was in Canada. Justin told me what I needed to bring to make things go smooth. He even met me nearby the border crossing, we made a deal, I drove off. Justin gave me clear direction and everything I needed to get back into the US with my new truck. He even waited until I let him know that I had my red stamp from customs before he left. I got a fair deal and I swear that driving to Canada was quicker than haggling with a local dealership all day.

Incredible experience. Justin is amazing. I was nervous at first of what it was going to be like to import a Ford into the United States. But the registration process was exactly how we said and super easy here in Washington state.His communication throughout the process was the best customer service I’ve ever had.On top of that, the vehicle he sold me was absolutely impeccable. Cleanest used vehicle I’ve ever purchased in my life. Couldn’t believe it was used. 10/10 recommend.

Justin was GREAT to deal with I shopped around at numerous dealerships in the lower mainland, i was not able to get a good trade in value anywhere.
