Called in to get a quote on 03/24 to get a insurance and was simply told icbc won’t give a quote over the phone even though i got a quote from a different agency just before that . Then was told to call later and was hung up on . Don’t recommend

I registered my new car and got insurance in this location. Ellie was the agent. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic. I am impressed by her professionalism and how helpful she was. I called that location before going there and Ellie looked in to the issue that I had and found a solution for it.

Usually really good. The normal guys who work are great. Today I had 2 asian men and they were brutal. They lost my sticker after I renewed my insurance. I was half way to my car when I realized it.Usually the good guys who work there staple it to my payment sheet. This rude guy just neglected to even put it in the envelope.After wasting 2 hours of my time(making a report with the rcmp and waiting for him to fumble around on his computer) I had to pay for his screw up. Not happy. I'll get my insurance somewhere that there employees care.The guy even LAUGHED in my face when I told him how unhappy I am. So rude!

I have renewed my vehicle's ICBC Insurance here two times so far. I was eligible for a 10% discount on my ICBC policy because of the low mileage on my vehicle both times. The first year they had considered this discount in my policy, but the second year they had forgotten to consider it, although I had taken the photo of my vehicle's odometer and given to them! I noticed this mistake from their side when my vehicle's lease term ended and I bought the vehicle! Besides that, they used to spend enough time with patience and courtesy to issue the insurance policies.

I have been using their car insurance for years. Reason? Their extraordinary customer service they offer. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They go through all ICBC policies and answering your concerns, but are not pushy!It's conveniently located inside Superstore. Even though you can renew your policy online now, I will keep going to this location to appreciate their service and great work.
