Were great for the initial purchase but once you have a problem they will NOT be there for you. I have an extended warranty (labour and parts) with Ventil-air and they refused outright to honour it. Was told that Ventil-air contacted Lennox and that the warranty was void, once contacting Lennox myself, I was told that Ventil-Air never contacted them for the authorization of the work. Got the work done through another dealer with no problems under warranty!

Had service done on my thermopompe. The technician was very thorough, and also spent time on my furnace for something completely unexpected. Very happy with the service. I found out he has only been with the company for 1 year. Seems like the company made a good hire.
