If you are looking into hiring them I would ask about pending litigation because they caused one of the hospitals they had a contract with to get sued. Ton Gar is named as a respondent and so is the Hospital because both are viewed as neglegent.

Not a good company to work for. They laid off a lot of permanent workers who were there many years on leave of absence without pay if you declined the jab or didn’t want to wear a mask, eventhough they carried the test kits to test for covid. Their management is sloppy forceful and uncaring. The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is that I met and worked with good people there. Avoid this company for employment.

Attended the Kincardine Scottish festival which had hired this company for security. The guards were unprofessional and possibly under the influence as I witnessed multiple guards that could not stop swaying or walk in a straight line. My friend was told he had to leave “for being too drunk” after only having 2 beers while we were standing still having a conversation with no explanation other than “you can’t walk straight” while we had been standing in one spot for over 15 minutes. Don’t let this security company ruin your events with their unprofessional attitude.

This company is very professional. The operations team will always work to make sure your needs are being met. They are not like most franchise security companies because they are privately owned. I would like to say that this is an amazing company to work for. I found that they back their employees up. Managers are amazing. They put their employees first.

The worst experience with the hiring department. I visited for paper work on jan 10 and they told me to send schedule on feb1st. I called and asked then they replied, it will be uploaded on feb 10th.when i again called, the person told me(pardeep singh gill) I couldn’t find your file, you should visit our office again we will see. I visited for documentation but he denied and said call me tomorrow and remind me i will find. I called him 2 times and he picked call 3rd time and spoke very rudely and said whenever i will get time i will find, and cut the call.He wasted my almost 2 and half month. He even dont know how to provide services.

It has been more than just a work place. The staff is very professional and their GM Ediz, is one of the finest guys you will ever meet. Always there to help you out. Great place to work at!Cheers!
