I've been going to this office for 15+ years (first with Dr. Furniss and now with Dr. Fitzpatrick). Overall, the care is exceptional and recommended. I think that Dr. Chris Fitzpatrick is one of the kindest practitioners you will meet. He takes time to answer questions and provides background and context on what's happening with your vision and eyes based on individual circumstances (age, work environment, other health conditions). I feel like my eyesight, one of the most valuable senses we have as human beings, is in excellent hands with this office under Dr. Fitzpatrick's careful watch.

Very professional. The office is nice and very neat , in a central location of Waterloo, with lot of parking. I have been going there since over 10 years initially visiting Dr.Furniss and later Dr.Fitzpatrick.Their care, professionalism is exceptional and take time listening to you. Dr. Fitzpatrick is very kind and very considerate of his patients needs, questions and gives right advice.One can also order the prescription glasses within the office itself.

Office was nice and clean. Equipment seemed modern. Staff was pleasant and my appointment was on time. However, be advised this office will NOT give you your Interpupilary distance. So if you think that you may want to get glasses online, go elsewhere for your eye check! You will waste you $160, if you come here for an online prescription.

My entire family from my kids to my 85 year old mom have been going to see Dr. Beaton for many years and she has always been thorough, caring and extremely professional. The experience at the office has been exceptional both from the eyecare perspective and purchase of many sets of glasses and countless contact lenses.

This past week everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help make some tight deadlines work with ordering both contacts and glasses. Friendly, helpful staff and Dr. Fitzpatrick is an amazing optometrist!

When I go to a practitioner, therapist, hair cut, I really do not care about, whether she/ is friendly, rather than the quality they offer, their knowledge, time to listen to your problem.In this place they have it all, in addition to the best team, friendly, supportive etc.If there is more stars, I’ll give them more than 5.Thank you

Overall good - been going for many years ! However once my lenses popped out (glasses from this store) and went in to get it fixed. Staff took the time to put the lens back in but as soon as I got home the lens popped back out…. Decided to just superglue it myself ….

Dr Pardys was an amazing optometrist and the ladies working on staff were also great! Very friendly clinic, with top of the line testing and machines. My appointment was incredibly thorough and that was easily the easiest eye checkups I have ever had! Highly recommend this clinic

This is probably on of the most professional clinics i have been to.Stuff are really professional and welcoming.Dr. Pardys is so professional, she made conversation during the whole visit, she asked many questions to determine where am I at. She did many examination for the health of the eye and my tears concentration.Overall they are really great.I do recommend this clinic

I've never had a bad experience here. Appointments are always on time, very organized, and the staff are pleasant to deal with. Their eye-wear seems to be competitively priced (still not cheap, but competitive). The office is nice and clean, and parking is convenient.
