I lived there for 2 years, and Vivian, the building manager, was great....she is very helpful and straight and does her job to the best of her abilities. It is joy to have her around in the building and deal with her about issues which she resolved promptly.

Vivant à l’extérieur du Québec à l’époque, j’avais été obligée de signer un bail sans avoir vu l’appartement. Quand je suis arrivée au Salaberry, l’appartement avait été complètement nettoyé et repeint par les techniciens de l’immeuble - quel soulagement! Même si tout n’est pas parfait, mes demandes d’entretien ou de réparation ont toujours été répondues rapidement. C’est un immeuble où je me sens bien et en sécurité et c’est le plus important.

Je commence ma 22e année au Salaberry. Depuis que Gabryelle est revenue le service est beaucoup mieux il est concierge font du bon travail aussi, c'est toujours propre.

Le salaberry .... NON jamais ...! Il avais une infestation de Punaise de lit dans le bloc appartement ... sa leur a pris 4mois avant de faire qu'elle que Chose ! Le bureau Salaberry est Vraiment pas compreansif et très Méchant ! VRAIMENT PAS CONSEILLER !

We had great time in salaberry, Johanne helped us a lot. Nice staffs , great management, good neighborhood, excellent views. We found a job in other city and then moved out, if we move back to Gatineau, salaberry is our first choice.

COCKROACH INFESTED DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! They will say it’s not an issue but IT IS!!!! Everyone that moves in has the cockroaches!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DONT MOVE IN!!!

Great place to live, staff is always smiling and able to help out in any way to fix anything that needs repair. the office staff are friendly and will answer any questions a tenant would have.
