worst customer experience, got dupatta lace measured less by one of the staff,after second visit , instead of accepting mistake -& making it right, they were auguing for $1 .And it was our mistake that we didnt get enough , even though scessiors and measuring tape was on employee side , not customer side.Better to make sure b4 leaving, as we were insulted for their mistake .

They have so many materials and excellent customer service. I highly recommend if you come, he will not be disappointed.

HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE.This store has by far, hands down been the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. The workers here yelled at multiple customers after they asked simple questions and weren’t willing to help anyone without arrogance and attitude. I’ve never been so appalled and faced with such rude employees in my life. Will never bring mine or my families business here ever again.

Great customer service. They have vast selection of fabrics, and as soon as I entered I was provided with best assistance, it was extremely helpful for me. I will definitely return:)

Visited the place to buy traditional Kurta Pajama for my kids. This place is huge with so much variety of clothes and accessories.You can find any type of traditional clothing’s and stuff at this place.However, the place is very unorganized and it is hard to find someone who can help you. Either you will think others are employees or others will ask you. It is better to use some dress code or identification for employees.Further, there is no way to easily find out what you are looking as everything is scattered everywhere. No proper billing system is in place.

Jagjit textiles is an Indian textile showroom located in Brampton. This is a paradise for for designers and fashion enthusiast. A wide range of materials, colours, textures and bling. All the desi accessories can be found here as well. The staff are very efficient and courteous. The management is very helpful. I would definitely encourage a visit to this location. Great experience and 5 stars

VERY RUDE STAFF AND OWNER!! I am extremely frustrated with this store. They are so rude and unprofessional. The owner, Pavan, does not know how to speak respectfully to his customers and instead shouts at them. He was insulting me and my mom to our faces and his staff were laughing at us. They gave us a faulty piece and blamed us for ruining it. They refused to give us our money back or a replacement and the girl at the counter kicked my mom out instead of listening to her concerns. DO NOT BOOST THIS BUSINESS!!!

Very Disorganized store. Many ready made outfits both children and woman's clothing had no sizing on the clothes, pulls with thread and beading. Boys sherwanis with stains on them. These look like used clothing. There is no proper changing rooms. Just a junk room with a broken door. When I asked about more selection of clothes, I was told they have so much it's packed away and they cannot show me, then said they are getting new inventory coming in the next few weeks. No consistency. Instead of getting cheap and stained clothes, I rather spend a few dollars elsewhere to buy quality brand new clothes where everything is in tact with no missing pieces. If you tailor clothes, there is a huge selection of fabrics.

Do not purchase from here!!!!! This store is extremely disorganized and they sell FAULTY products. We bought a dholak and within 5 minutes of playing it, it ripped! The store employee tuned it for us so we were under the assumption that it would be ready to play. We took it back to the store and both the owner and the store employee were extremely rude and blaming us in turn. They yelled at my mom and spoke to her very unprofessionally. They completely ruined our wedding function and were unwilling to give us any sort of compensation. Do not buy from here!!RESPONSE TO OWNER: Do not try to insult us again please. We did not break any jewelry sets, that is completely false, if your employee at the counter has said this (since you weren’t even there to see, we talked to you over the phone) then it’s clear that other than being impolite employees, they are also dishonest and will blame the customer to avoid being accountable . Your response to my review shows exactly the point I have made so thank you very much for that. Obviously saying your customers overreact to getting CHEATED by you and your staff will definitely get you more business!! As well, there was no attempt to rectify the issue. You refused to take responsibility for a problematic product of your own store and consistently shouted at my mother. As for letting us in your store, forget that because we ourselves do not wish to return to a place which DISRESPECTS, HUMILIATES, CHEATS and INSULTS customers. This is also not a one-time thing as MANY reviews posted say that your customer service is dismal and your responses to each of those reviews as well as the reviews themselves show you have much to learn about respecting customers and providing good or even decent customer service.

The place is full of very good priced textiles. The problem is the customer service people are not prepared to help you and they only speak their native language.The owner has to understand that this is Canada which is an English speaking cou try and not everyone who shops there knows their native language.The other thing is that the shop has to be organized so that shoppers do not elbow each other
