Excellent service

We were charged quite a large sum of money for our RV repairs.We requested that the entire RV be checked out to make sure everything worked, like the furnace and fridge and that the water worked as well, as in the hot water and that our slide be fixed from water damage.The RV sat there for almost 9 months before it was looked at, and it sat outside all winter, which we never did, we always store our inside. So this should have been the first red flag for us.First time using the trailer we noticed that the water did not work, had to hire a man at the campground to repair the line which obviously had not been checked like we asked. Two of the jacks shold have been replaced and were not and where the slide was repaired it cracked when we first opened it to use the RV, and we also had to have someone repair that and pay for it again. The caulk job could have been better applied by my 4 year old nephew.So not only did it take a Very long time to have the repairs done, we had to pay someone else to do repairs that we had already paid for. Try and get ahold of them to discuss your disappointment and you will hear every excuse imaginable. I have also chatted with others who have had similar disappointments with this place.

Thank you Robbie, Pamela and Rick for helping us get rolling with next to no trouble and at a rate better than any we've paid before!I was absolutely gob-smacked reading another review because our experience was the complete opposite!We showed up at RB's front step as our RV's propane was not working (making for some extremely cold nights). Robbie and Rick came out immediately, climbed under the beast and informed us it was it was a fault in the wiring then fixed it. Unfortunately Robbie and Pam (quite possibly the nicest person EVER!) ended up stay more than an hour after closing to get us back on the road as fast as possible. The speed and service we recieved were second to none.
