Very friendly staff. They should however show all clients the back room where the dogs stay. They film the dogs during the day and play it back for you if you request it. My puppy is always happy to go stay for the day. She plays all day and is nice and tired the rest of the evening, which gives me a break after work too. Highly recommended

My dog usually gets very anxious and barks when he's with strangers, but he does pretty well here. The staff is very caring. They do an amazing job and take good care of your dog.

I have had only amazing experiences here. Everyone from the reception, to the groomers, to the day care workers are exceptional. Even after 1 visit they know us by name and we only go every now and then. I ran in to them on the street and they still recognized us and said hi. Our dog is extremely anxious and they've done everything to make him (and me!) Feel comfortable about the experience. I would definitely recommend.

I had to leave my dog there for a few days and I can tell he really enjoyed his time there. We had him groomed as well and a week later he still looks great and shiny plus he is so fluffy to the touch. When he came back he also was a bit more happy! They took great care of him and sent us pictures of our dog.

They do a great job and really take care of your dog!Our dog is always happy to go there and that says a lot.It might take once or twice to figure out the “look” you want for your dog if you’ve never taken them to the spa before, stick with it and you’ll find the right cut for them.They are very busy so book early or else you might wait a while! Oh

Best place to bring your pup. My dog, Hope, has anxiety and gets nervous every time we leave her, but leaving her with Karen & team, she comes back calm, relaxed, clean & full of treats. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would! 11/10. They alway go above and beyond and even though I live out of the way, they are well worth the drive!

Everytime we send our dog Max to Spa 4 Paws he comes back looking like a handsome prince. He sheds a lot and they clean him up really well and leave him smelling really nice. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend treating your dog to this spa.

Simply amazing. Got up to go to vet and the smaller of two puppies had outgrown his harness. Not only was I able to purchase a good quality harness, without an appointment all three got nails clipped. Although I live in RDP/MTL EAST definitely worth the drive!!!!

I was very happy with the grooming that my dog got. Appreciated the ease of communication and professionalism.Only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the appointment took a lot longer then I was informed. I know that this happens sometimes. Will definitely go again.
