Fast service, more businesses should have this business model for tech support and staff training. The quality of service feels very consistent between employees. We were in and out within 30 minutes with a new apple watch!

I brought my macbook to simply replace the battery. They had to order it and I received a message a few days later to inform me that I could bring my laptop within 5 days. I brought my laptop on a Friday after work, requesting to have the repair done by Monday morning as I use my laptop for work and can't afford not to work during the week...Since I did not receive any update on Sunday early afternoon, I called back and they explained that it will be done by Wednesday (ie. 5 days later)...When trying to find alternative, the apple genius" (sorry for my irony here...) said that we can't make appointment to get the repair done on a day or two. He suggested that I buy a new mac until mine is repaired and then I could return it because of their 14 days return policy... Well....clearly I did not feel understood at all and that real life practicality was not their concern at all.My solution: I went to an apple approved repair lady who did it in 50 min... for the same price and with a smile!"

Although it was super busy... I had great care from staff. Highly reccommend this location!!!! I'm terrible bad with names but my sales person along with the (highly energetic) guy helping me transfer from my old iphone to my new iphone were a pleasure to deal with!!! I will be back!!!

No worthy to visit Genius Bar. Ignorant and awful.I used to visit Rideau Genius Bar to fix my camera of IPhone, good service and kind staff.However, nightmare to visit Bayshore Apple store, I got text with my appointment ready and showed staff, waiting at the front of Genius Bar desk and no staff servers, waiting there half hours.

I bought an Apple Watch band (well another one as I have a few Apple Watch bands) I went to exchange it for a different band and was told I only had 14 days? What? it is new unopened in the box you are still selling this watch band and I only want to exchange it ? The greeter was so rude didn’t look at the box or the product just said no and walked away? What kind of customer service is that? Honestly I didn’t know you had a 14 day return policy I thought that was if you opened the box and tried the product not if it was new unopened in the box and for an exchange. How is that customer service?

I showed up with an unresponsive touch screen on my newer phone, shortly after the ice storm. We had no power or internet, and I had no appointment for a repair, the day before Easter weekend. I was promptly helped, and had my phone sorted by Ushra (sp?) who was so kind and knowledgeable. He suggested I stay in the store to use their wifi to download the latest update. While killing time, taking up space in the busy store, another employee came by and insisted I plug my phone in while doing this to save battery as our power was still out. Super nice and friendly staff!

Wow!!!! Best word to describe the customer service and the knowledge that the employees have.Andrew helped my daughter trouble shoot issues with her phone. Unfortunately it wasn't worth fixing when compared to getting a new once since we had a buy out plan that was less. Andrew help us back up my daughter's information on her phone so she wouldn't loose it. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He had patience and let us stay in the store until it was completed. In case something went wrong and we needed help. Also I had to leave the store several times while this was being done and every time I came back in the store I was greeted and asked what they could help me with.This store is truly the meaning of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU TO ALL EMPLYEES!!!

Great customer service, very helpful and made sure I was all set up with my new phone before I left. Didn’t have to wait long either and I went on a weekend.

So I bought AirPods Pro last week I went to Costco this week they are 30$ cheaper. Called apple for price match the answer is we do not price match Costco. So Costco sells your own product cheaper and make money and you decide to exclude them from your price matching policy. I now have to drive there to return them and go buy them from Costco because I don’t want to be rubbed by an extra 30$. Great customer service apple after waiting one hour to see a sales person! If you want to buy go to Costco better service better price and you can get it faster.
