Fantastic service and female owned + operated!Living in Whistler, it was so convenient for me *not* to have to go down to the city. I needed my MacBook Air battery replaced after 7 years - dropped it off for service at 9:30am, it was done by 11am and I picked it up same day. Kendra shared a few tips with me - everything you would expect from an authorized Apple provider. Definitely recommend!

I brought in my old 5S that was on life support. It would shutdown after a few minutes making it impossible to move information over to the new phone. Until Daria stepped in and responded with a solution that worked with ease. Thanks again Daria!

As a small business owner it was a disaster when my laptop crashed, taking my vital business data with it - yes, not backed up, duh - A panic call to the nice folks at Burnt Stew resulted in an invite to go in right away, with understandably no promises on when they could get to it. To my delighted amazement I got a call within mere hours with the results - data retrieved! Talk about relief! These clever ladies did not let the grass grow under their feet, they got back my precious data AND gave me terrific advice. I cannot speak highly enough of Burnt Stew. And note to others - never assume this won't happen to you and always back everything up. And an update - they also got my new laptop in (old one irreparable) much faster than I expected, AND transferred all the data incredibly swiftly and absolutely accurately.

I want to buy a new battery as my current is getting older and worse and I thought I would preempt complete failure by ordering and paying for the part in advance at my local store and then have them install it once it arrived. HAH!! What a joke this store is.Their policy says they have to hold onto my laptop until the part comes in (days later) even if I can use the laptop without the replacement battery. (current one still works -and it still plugs in and runs on electricity) Said it would probably take several days - No loaner offered.Spoke to several diff apple stores in city, etc, and this is not an Apple policy but its a STORE policy A Bad policy!!!Will be taking my business to Squamish where they will diagnose" and return my laptop to me within the hour

I went there last year for changing the battery for my iphone 6s. I thought it costed about $70 (because Apple Store just charges the battery cost itself). They did not even mention about how much was the service fee. Moreover they said it took about 1 hour to change the battery but it took 3 hours. I was so disappointed and after waiting for 3 hours, they said the cost was $206.68. It was ridiculous. The service fee ($127.50) was twice the battery cost ($65.00). If they mentioned how much was the service fee, I would definitely not changed the battery and bought a new iphone. Please just go to apple store in Vancouver.

Came here to get my I phone serviced because I was having some software issues, they diagnosed my phone and told me that the charging port was dead and nothing could be done to fix it and I would have to replace the phone for $1000+. Did some digging online when I got home and fixed the phone in about 10 minutes. Avoid this place if you can and take your business else where.

Great customer service ! I damaged my laptop, needed it fixed with AppleCare and they sorted me out no problem. Also had my iPhone replaced with them. Best Apple store in Whistler. Thank you ! Your entire team is awesome.
