The woman that was working there was absolutely rude! I went in there to get my dress straps altered and I had a rude comment said to me that was out of her place to say. Not to mention she messed up on the alterations on the dress and over priced. Don’t go here

The lady is extremely rude. Her survice is horrible. She told me she will finish altering my dress in a week it took her 2 months. When i told her I need to take it to the wash at least 2 week earlier all she says is its not ready. She called me the next day and told me to come pick it up and when i arrived she throw my Wedding dress and just said enjoy it. The dress wasnt fixed instead it was ruined. All she care is how to get the money. Please do your business somewhere else people

The owner (Maria) has a terrible attitude, is very pushy, short tempered and doesn’t listen at all. She also made several rude comments about the body type and physical appearance of her customers while I was there. Needless to say, I did not use her services and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Very quick and honest service. She was able to fix my winter jacket within 20 minutes! I will definitely be coming back here for any and all services that I require!!

Love Love Love Perfect Stitch. Relined my husbands leather coat and went above and beyond. 5 stars and then some. Amazing to deal with and amazing work.

Woman replaced a zipper and in less then a week it broke. She blamed it on me, saying I bumped into something and wouldn’t do anything to replace it again, offer a discount or refund. And very over priced. Not recommend. .

Nothing perfect about this stitchThis lady needs lithium. Quoted me a price for a job, said it would be done in 3 days. No answer for a week. Called her to ask where my order was. Was told she hadn't started it yet and was waiting for us to call her?! Showed up today and was told it was going to be 50 percent more! Was told she doesn't take credit cards even though she had a sign saying other wise. Charged me $7 for th credit card fee which is above the 3% allowed. Had my boss on the phone and she was smashing her finger on my phone trying to hang up. She threw the recept at me and kicked the box my things were in across the store and stormed off. Work was nothing like the sample and horribly done.

Absolutely wonderful. She is the only one I go to. She took on a project for me for Christmas and made my little girl's Santa wishes come true!
