Never returned my messages three times in a row.

We had a quote relating to a home purchase that this company had provided. The first phone call wasn't returned. When I called again, it was explained that their sales staff (who prepare the quotes) were on holidays so that they couldn't find the quote.This was the only time I actually spoke to a person.I offered to send it to them and did so, by email AND by fax. I called the next day to ensure it was received. No reply to the email, no call back. A few days later, I tried again.All in all, over the course of 6 weeks, I left approx 8 voicemails - none of which were returned.If you provide a quote and can't supply the service due to some circumstances, I would have understood and accepted that.If you had given me a delayed date or option for installation. Honestly, had you requoted it (due to a 6 month difference), I would likely have been ok with THAT.A complete freeze out from communication is rude and not how any business should be run.I had to locate a completely different business to assist with our needs - the actually performed the service quickly and for less money than your quote.
