I went into the restaurant, all the servers walk past without acknowledging you're there unless you're a male. Tried to get the servers' attention and was just walked past. No hello, no smile, nothing. As a server and bartender myself, I get that it can be busy, but a simple hello would suffice. When my boyfriend and his friend came in we finally got to a table, where again the server didn't really listen. Food took forever and when it came out it was wrong. Didn't want to bother the server, since she couldn't be bothered to listen anyways. Definitely need to work on customer service. Maybe if I grew a dink they'd pay more attention.

Stopped in at the restaurant pub for dinner. The food was great but the service was not friendly or welcoming. The woman with curly hair was rude not just to us but to another older man sitting close by as well. Definitely won’t be stopping in again.

Popped in for lunch after spending 7 nights up in 20mile bay fishing. Unfortunately nonrooms available. So I had lunch. Om 350lbs and 6 foot 6 inches tall and I couldn't eat more than half of their beef nachos. Great cheerful service and huge huge meals reasonably prices. Just wish I got a room.

Delicious lunch on the beautiful patio. The beef dip, which I ordered, was very tasty, my husband enjoyed calamari, and our friend couldn't even finish his clubhouse sandwich. A lovely way to spend a Monday.

Stopped in the newly revamped Sasquatch after kayaking. We had great nachos. Service was good and our server was friendly and efficient. Looks great inside. Can be a bit too noisy - bikers are apparently hard of hearing.

My family and I live in the area so we like to get dinner from the pub when we’re not in the mood to cook. Unfortunately we can’t keep spending large amounts of money for mediocre or wrong food.It used to be much better, lately they’ve been making the order wrong or it’s not up to par, tonight I got a Cobb salad and it has neither tomato or cucumber (both listed on the menu) and the dressing cups were barely half full.Nice, friendly staff but It’s just too much money these days to be having so many mistakes or shortfalls. When they’re on the ball the food is delicious but it’s like playing Russian roulette at this point so we’ll be taking a break

I love this hotel and the restaurant. Every food I ate is a great taste and fits on beer. Moreover, the people I met are very friendly and kind. I believe that the warmth of the wood in this place is worth to stay.

I did not stay at the Inn, so I can't speak of the rooms. But I did eat there, and the food was fantastic! Had an order of their nachos and ordered a pizza. They were both amazing and the portions are huge. The price was a little steep, but the quality of food was great.The environment was awesome. The location is great, right at the intersection for the highway and the road to sasquatch mountain. The patio was very nice and it was well heated. Lots of space to eat and ambiance was very nice.I definitely recommend the restaurant. The only reason it was 4* is I can't accurately assess the rooms.

The food was great. Staff was ok. Did not stay in the rooms, only enjoyed the restaurant. The food was memorably good
