Went to the drive through. Not only was the woman speaking rude, but rushed us to finish our order, there was as nobody behind nor in front of us. We needed maybe 10 seconds to look over the menu quickly but instead we were rushed. Also, they gave the wrong drink and when asked for the correct drink she told us to pull ahead and wait for the food.

Always like to visit A&W when we travel in canada, especially because they are mostly next to PetroCan. Verg convenient. Their breakfast is very good: very fresh vegetable.

I always have an amazing experience at this location, and have been coming here since I was just a kid. My order is never messed up, and always cooked amazingly. All the staff, especially Pindy are super welcoming and kind— even remembering what I like to order!

Don’t usually complain but this is the 2nd time I’ve had a below average breakfast at Millstream. Hash browns tasted like they had been deep fried many times.A&W’s prices are higher than the average fast food restaurant and you expect a decent breakfast. Staff were great. Food was very disappointing. I threw the majority of my breakfast in the garbage.

I went through the drive thru and was greeted rudely and sharp. Then after ordering 2 items ( which I wasn't done) she say total and come thru. I say I'm not done she was very grumpy and when I get to the window I'm greeted by a lady that is scowling and now happy barely talks to me. Worst experience for cust service

I ordered the same thing as my guest, we had a coupon :) . Yes, it looks and tastes slightly burnt. We didn't have time to wait for another or complain , we had two more missions to complete before heading home. But looky here Mr./Ms. Fast order cook, your mistake appears here for anyone who cares to look.I even think the manager looked at it before pushing it out of the small galley warming area.

Just went back today. Must have new owners/manager. Very disorganized and the service was not good although the staff were trying. The food was a major disappointment. The washrooms were filthy and no soap in the dispensers. It used to be a Really nice place, cozy and kind of like stepping back into the 60's or 70's. Really pleasant staff and still the best burger in the Fast Food Market. Coffee - excellent, french fries are good and could use some improvement.

Store: Millstream road, Langford, Vancouver Island. Every Friday for the past 3 weeks, I have purchased a double buddy burger through the drive thru. The first Friday, the item cost $3.45, the next week $4.50 and today it was $6.28? Please could you confirm this cost increase at this location. Almost double in three weeks
