Colton, Carson did a great job installing a mini-split air conditioner. I got a nice, clean looking result that seems to work well.

I got a furnace and a water softener installed.Colton and Carson did an excellent job. Very professional!Arrived on time, explained what is expected before they started the job. I was given an update along the way, like shutting off the water in half an hour; water is turned back on but may take a little time to be fully restored.Our space is complicated due to the location of the drain but it’s impressive how they make it work and neatly connected the pipes so it will not block the way. Beautifully done!They cleaned up too after the functions and how to use the units were explained.I was WFH and barely noticed that they were working at our house since 8am til 5pm. Thanks so much, guys!!!

Harmony was recommended by another trade we are using and has been very helpful in assessing our needs and providing solutions that will leave us happy with the space when we're done. We worked with Anthony for a number of heating/venting requirements that we had in our basement and bathroom reno. Anthony is super knowledgeable and great in a sense that he wasn't all about replacing everything in sight as compared to other HVAC or plumbing companies we've dealt with in the past. He provided solutions that fit our needs for now and the future and made sure everything was completed as discussed. Brain and Dante were great for moving, repairing, and installing new ductwork, venting for when we need a new furnace, moving a gas line, and installing a new humidifier. Danny and Tyler did the impossible, maneuvering through our attic to install a much needed bathroom fan. The technicians always showed up on time and left the job site clean when they were finished. I'd definitely recommend Harmony in the future.

Just a quick note to let you know that the installation went well, the system is working very well and the young man who did the installation did a great job in my opinion. He also explained very well what he did and how the system is working. He even replaced the filters of our furnace. Anyway, my wife and I are retired professors, and we appreciate that kind of excellent service.

Willing to Take On Difficult (Even Impossible) Installations!My high-rise condo in downtown Calgary wasn’t built with air conditioning. I reached out to businesses that specifically claim to specialize in installing mini-split/ductless AC in buildings like mine. One refused to even look once they heard which building I’m in. Another sent a guy out to give an estimate – and he looked around, took measurements, and then very politely explained how it would be impossible to install AC in my condo.I almost lost hope, but then I got a recommendation to reach out to Harmony. For them, there was no question that it could be done! It was definitely a lot of work for Tyler and Colton (and they did have to cut some extra holes in the walls along the way), but they weren’t afraid to take on the challenge, even knowing it would be a more difficult project to execute. If you’re looking to have AC installed, I would absolutely recommend giving Harmony a call.

Harmony Heating and A/C installed 2 AC units for us. From the moment they showed up and to the end of installation, the Harmony crew was outstanding. Colton and Carson installed my GE unit today. They arrived on time, got right to work. Did an excellent job, cleaned up any mess, were friendly. House is nice and cool. They also went over operation, explained cleaning etc. Highly recommend this company.

Thursday- called Harmony.Furnace stopped working.Technician arrived.Technician made no thorough inspection to determine the actual cause of the problem.Furnace worked for 2 days.Saturday- Follow up call to Harmony.Suggestion from Harmony- a Technician would be out first thing Monday morning.Monday- telephone call from Harmony. A Technician would arrive between 10am and 4pm.We protested.9:30am a Technician from Harmony arrived. The same Tech as Thursday visit.Told Harmony Tech we could not rely on his workmanship and so another furnace company was called.The Harmony Tech politely defended his work. Too late!Requested a refund from Harmony.Received a 10% refund.Everyone we talked to at Harmony was politeVery poor quality servicePoor quality workmanshipPoor quality response from Harmony Team.Sorry guys. You have favorable reviews but I have to call this one as it happened.No thorough inspection

Darren serviced our furnace and A/C and we had such a positive experience working with him. He was thorough, easy to communicate with, and very respectful of our home. He was even helpful with other home maintenance and care tips. Will work with them again!

Terrific service. Tyler and Kyle were on time, efficient, friendly and truly nice guys to have around. And, amazingly quiet since I assumed it would be a loud job ;-)Our old humidifier was poorly installed so we never used it. Tyler and Kyle did a beautiful job making sure things were fixed and functional. They are clearly experts and approach the job as though they were doing it in their own home. Good old fashioned work done right. Rare these days and so good to see.They left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. My furnace room has never looked so good. Really!Sometimes I ask people if they like their jobs and their employers, just curious. Man, were these two guys sincerely appreciative of their boss, Anthony, their coworkers, and the company overall. Truly. It was nice to hear.Great job, I definitely recommend Harmony.
