While traveling through the cities of Canada, we stopped at Irina Gordon. I liked everything very much. We had a great time. If we come to Toronto again, we will stay with Irina Gordon again

The house was almost perfect! My only complaint was NO hot water! We called about it and host stated no one has complained previously about this and wanted us to show her that we were using it correctly.....its not that hard to turn the knob toward the direction of hot, but still proved to her that we know how to use a shower. Then she told us we were not waiting long enough for it to warm up.....we had taken 5 showers at this point for as long as we could stand the cold and realizing its not warming up. She then stated only one person could shower at a time..... with a 4 bathroom house that fits 12 people. I told her a few of us were the only ones showering and the water was still cold. She stated she would send someone the following day, nobody ever came. She emailed saying the person she sent told her we no longer needed them. So not sure who wasnt being honest there, but it never got resolved and I had to continue to take miserably cold showers. Not even exaggerating, we were shivering! The water didn't warm up even a little. Again, otherwise everything was great! But cold showers and are enough to not want stay there again
