After trusting your facility since 2018 with both my children, and having natured an amazing relationship with the staff, who were helping raise my children, we are being treated maliciously along with being bullied. I stood by and defended redwoods/academics and their teachers while other parents left and stirred drama as they did, during my sons grad year (2020), I truly loved the facility, the teachers and the overall community.The only complaint I ever had with the school was the lack of organization on the accounting side, I looked passed this (despite being double charged, charged incorrectly almost bi-monthly, taking months to return my money after your error, being credited not refunded) because my children were always so happy and so well taken care of. The teachers were always so supportive, going above and beyond for my kids; the teachers were almost an extension of our family.The last few months I’ve been threatened, ignored and most disheartening the standard of care has diminished to a point that the teachers we knew and loved, went on strike due to not being paid, and then most of them left. I was left with no child care some days, others being called mid day to get there, as there was not enough staff. My phone calls, brightwheel messages and emails go unanswered and the director is never in her office. When Inam (the owner) finally chose to return my call, 2 weeks after I phoned the director, I was questioned on my activities outside of the daycare (repeatedly), threatened to be sued (multiple times), threatened of Supreme Court and talked over. The only explanation I received to my safety concerns of the grad event being shared publicly was that he had fired the problem staff member. I was also told the reason I would not get my deposit back was because the owner didn’t want to be giving out free money.My daughter nor I did anything wrong or against the school, I truly wanted her to stay until the end of summer to avoid change right before her transition into kindergarten, alas after being threatened, harassed and publicly reviewed, humiliated, on the internet (with a very dishonest review - as per my emails signature I do not work in sales, nor have I ever); I felt I had no choice but to leave Redwoods early…I would not recommend this facility to anyone, 6 months ago I would have given them and the staff at the time a 5++++ review.

My son has only been attending a few weeks, but has been great so far. They’ve helped so much with our transition to full time care. I love the app with constant updates of pictures, meals, activities, etc. And the fact that I don’t have to pack lunches is such a bonus!

Both of our sons attend Redwood. One entered at 11 months and the other at two years. The team is very attentive, friendly, kind and warm. They immerse the kids with engaging and fun learning and play time. They also provide healthy meals (better than we co ok at home). We have been very happy with the level of care our sons receive and recommend Redwood to friends and family.

Horrible. This place is absolutely horrible. Management doesn't know how to run this place. My sons got hand foot mouth disease both years they attended. They took money from my account without permission, I'm a single mother and fully subsided, never responds to emails and they do not let you know wen you child gets hurt! Communication is trash. They also bribe families for good reviews with10$ gift cards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND redwoods. Get your children out of this place.

Before diving into redwood, I was skeptical because of some news I heard, but after doing my investigations I find that what you see on social media is really not everything. these staff has been awesome and i've never really had any problems with money or enrollment, like what most people we're saying? I think they improved maybe eversince I started. but overall, i love it here and my child has been adjusting really well!

After some redflags while researching this daycare, I decided to look up the owner on the public court records to see if anyone has ever formally taken him to court over these allegations. And although I don't see anything specifically about this, I would still recommend people look him up before having him in charge or their children's wellbeing.
