Heart and Sole Shoes

Cute store but had a very limited selection of shoes and an even smaller size range. Staff were a little too hands off despite me asking for some guidance. Too bad, the shoes that they did have were nice!

Stellar staff, that were extremely enthusiastic in helping us out. At least the staff we had where very LGBTQ+ accepting.Wide variety of shoes and sizes, and great product.

First time in the store looking for a particular style of Birkenstocks. The fellow (I suspect owner or manager) stood on his head and tore the store apart finding these shoes. Got a good fit and outstanding service. He gave me some good advice on the care of the shoes and did not push any added treatments (as many stores do.) As I am hard to fit, he also showed me many fine products I might like to try in the future. Hats off to you sir, you put on a clinic on how a small business should be run, I will definitely be back.

Great shoe shop in downtown victoria. They have a good selection of mephisto shoes for men. Also love their range of Bleuforet sox. They also have a wide variety of comfortable shoes for women. Super helpful and friendly staff they're always there to help and guide you with your purchase or questions all were very knowledgeable about the products available.

I knew what I wanted going into Heart and Sole. The Red Wing Iron Rangers are giants in the boot world and I couldn't wait to try some.I was met with great customer service and knowledgeable staff. It was incredibly accommodating and I didn't feel rushed in making a decision on the type of leather for the boots.Fantastic, local shop that deserves more praise than we can give.

Fantastic customer service!!! I was having problems with the fit of Birkenstocks I received as a gift several months ago. They exchanged them for a new larger pair with no questions asked. This was so much more than I expected.... THANK YOU!!

I went to this store today after searching all around Victoria over the course of 3 days to find the best and most comfortable shoes for my new job. I needed shoes that would be appropriate to wear with suits but also very comfortable, durable and high quality. I was fitted by Jim (if my memory serves right) and he was an absolute legend. I came for one pair and bought two and will be back for the third this week. This was hands down the best experience (service and high quality selection) I have had in Victoria. This man was honest, kind and really made my day. Thank you! I can be very demanding and I was very impressed. I will be back and tell anyone looking for high quality shoes to check this place out. came here for a few boots in the past, and always had a great experience intel today. was out of town for a week so I asked them to put a pair of boots on hold. was told no problem and that I could get them in a week. was phoned up today saying they had sold them anyways, and that they did not know when or even if they are reordering. I used to come here over shopping online to help support a local Victoria store unfortunately from now will most likely use other methods. all that being said still gave it 3 stars as I used to enjoy coming here and used to recommend it to others.

Great store - wonderful selection, friendly helpful staff and outstanding service. I bought boots that I loved, only to find a problem with the zipper on one of the boots when I got them home. I returned to exchange them but unfortunately they didn't have any more in my size. The staff did their best to offer me other choices; in the meantime, one staff (Rachel) came up with an ingenious solution to fix the zipper (using heat and some medieval-looking tongs). It worked! I was delighted.

Purchased a skookum pair of birkenstocks. Rode over on my bicycle on the new Fort Street Protected bike lanes. Service was better than excellent. Was served by a wonderful woman from Chile who really knows her product. Expert at fitting you with the right pair. She packed up my shoes in the box and gave me a pair of scissors with which to cut the tag off the birkenstocks so that I could cycle home with the birks on my feet.
