Steve helped me put together a jetski I got a deal on and winterized my skis. Was awesome to deal with an old school kinda guy who knows his stuff. Price was very fair compared to the big guys and he kept me informed on what he was doing. Plus the turn over for winterization on 2 skis was a day. Try to get that from the dealerships!

Our Seadoo went down this weekend and we are going on vacation in 4 days. Called our Pisces Marina and they referred us to Steve. He said he would see what he could do. Steve and his team was amazing. They got us back up and running. They were very through and professional. Price was fair. Steve was great to deal with, he treated us great and we will definitely be back, for maintenance only we hope

Ordered part and paid through Steve seemed like nice guy. Said part would be in Friday worst case Monday. Came in Monday to get part. Was rudely told “ I lied ! I will call you when it comes. Two days later Steve calls to come in and get. Come in on Friday to get part, Steve is not there mechanic is and gets part and asks if I paid for part already. I said yes. He looks on part and it’s says my name with “pad” written on it. Mechanics says that’s not good enough! I don’t have the tiny 1970’s sales receipt on me. Looks in the book where they write parts down in. Again says my name with scribble that to me resembles paid. Mechanic says I can’t tell if that says paid ( it is pretty sloppy writing). I explained we are arguing over the letter “I”.Mechanic finally decides to give with hesitation. Don’t know how he’s been in business this long with his customer service skills, and obviously hard to work with if mechanic is afraid to hand part over because the letter “i” is missing. If you don’t trust your employee don’t leave the shop or answer the phone when he calls. Won’t be back !

After having work done, they forgot (or didn't bother) securing the parts that hold the seat down. Vent tubes were lying on the bottom of the hull. Make sure you double check the work they do, before leaving. I had my seadoo out on the water like this... Lesson learned.After letting them know, by sending a video of the loose parts. Not even a simple apology was given. Never again.

Friendly Staff, Quick Service and Okay Prices/Work. 4/5I had Burloak install a new carb rebuild kit. They did the rebuild in a timly fashion. They (The name Paul" on the log receipt) didnt test the pop off pressure after installing so the seadoo flooded at the lake since the carb needle was at 0psi. Trying to start it was near to impossible. They did tell me it started fine

I have purchased 3 snowmobiles from Burloak Cycle. Really can't say enough good things about the sales and service. No pressure sales,and got great prices. Service is incredible! Drop sled off and ready within a day or two. No up charges on things you don't need for repairs. All old parts are brought out so you can see what was changed, and an explanation as to why.A good honest shop! Thanks Steve, and Bob.

If you don't want to read... Summary find somewhere else. Rude, expensive, dishonest.I hope you read this and find somewhere else to take your machines too. $1000 plus bill with a line in the invoice that you could barely read saying top up both seadoos with premium gas" and then we had to put an additional $40 worth of gas in the machines when we realized that they were in fact not " topped up" I can't recommend this place as it used to be okay but the prices are off the rails now. I need to find a better place to take the machines now too because I'm tired of getting ripped off."

Horrible service that gentlemen should not be dealing with people. Call to ask the status of my boat and the gentlemen at the front desk lost it on my husband. a simple is not ready" would have suffice; instead he was rude and obnoxious. We preferred to take our business else where. Do not recommend going there."

Absolutely the best Arctic Cat parts dealer in the area. Parts orders are received the next day. Steve is very knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the business. He's a serious man and may come across rough but when you need parts he gets the job done. They are also able to get many BRP parts quickly. Excellent.

Honest, straight forward, easy to deal with. Fair prices and never tries to upsell un needed work.They don't know this, but I am an automotive mechanic. They have never tried to rip me off in anyway. I can't say enough about how great they are!!
