Before having my coaching sessions with Louise, I wasn't fully aware that my communication challenges actually originated from my active listening challenges and how that could be attached to my capabilities of commanding my focus to what I wanted/needed.One of the things that I appreciated the most about the coaching journey was Louise's ability to strike a balance between challenge and encouragement. My name is Frederika, I am a VP of Human Resources in the Vancouver area.I started working with Louise back in August 2022 when I realized I needed support with dealingwith work/life balance and achieving my goals as a new appointed Executive. Boundaries wereone of my biggest challenges and from our first session I started seeing a difference in how I wasprioritizing tasks, meetings and how I was organizing my week. I am the kind of person who is all-in and working 12-16 hours a day and weekends had become my norm and that norm was starting to take a toll on my personal life and my health. There is nothing healthy nor smart in working so many hours, I knew it, but I could not find the exit door to this cycle. Louise helped me find it.
