Curtis thoroughly explained our options per our preferences and helped us assess each option such that we could make the best choice to meet our specific needs. The selection and purchase process went smoothly. And the subsequent delivery and installation of our purchase was friendly, quick and professional. Worst place I have ever shopped for a mattress! Tried to upswell the whole time we were there even after telling the gentleman a budget. Everything we liked he said it was not available. He kept saying that all mattresses are the same. I never heard such a silly comment from a salesman.

Descent experience in this store from the time before and this time but I was just confused as the staff member didn’t tell us about the sale and why we had to remind him about the sale. Obviously needs some better training. Great sales and friendly staff for the most part. Last time I had a really good deal on the mattress I bought and descent deal on the headboard. Would still recommend but just make sure you look at the sales before you head in.

Went in for a pillow fitting. The saleswoman didn’t give me any information. She said I could lay on each pillow but no returns and the pillow is $149.99 per pillow or more. When provided the pillows to pick from I almost threw up. They were filthy dirty. One was absolutely black. I asked for a pillow cover and slip cover she said, no we don’t do that. Yikes I will never be back. Very filthy business. Too bad because I think they have some great products.

The bed and mattress are terrific. The sales people were very knowledgeable about their products. BUT, beware when it comes to the finances. There has been new policies brought down from head office and it can cost you time and effort!
