Horrible place NEVER EVER take anyone here the staff is Horrible Rude and plain wrong they like to argue and hurt people's nails. I would never ever go there. They were so Rude to my 14 old daughter they hurt her nails and ignored her in the middle of her appointment,when took her back in the lady's were so rude to her.

I go to Hanna for my nails and she is absolutely amazing I've never been unhappy when leaving she always does an amazing job doing my nails. Rather i do a simple one color or a two or three color ombre. She knows exactly how I like my nails and that's how they are done everytime. Thin and natural real looking nails is how I like them.

The management are rude and inconsiderate of your time. Severaltimes I have made appointments and 20-45 minutes goes by before I’m seen. I mentioned this today at my pedicure appointment and was treated horribly like my time means nothing. The only reason I return is because of my nail technician.

Great work on my feet says my wife! Lol My feet are softer and I didn't die from laughing as they scrub my feet with the foot thing! Lol

Horrible. I used to go here when I was younger.. things clearly have changed.Asked for rounded corners and for a much shorter length. Even ask the nail tech to use scissors as I love my nails very short; “I’ll file them down” was her response, which did not occur. The glue and acrylic application was sloppy. The shellac color coat was not applied on the full nail either. Off to another salon the next day to have these removed.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.Called ahead to have nail tips removed. I asked how they would do it they said soaking I confirmed good so this doesn't damage the real nail.. yes yes they said come on in.I get here and after waiting some time have somebody come over and he wants to use the drill on my nails and I said no thank you I was told that you could do it by soaking them and he said yes and then he goes to get the drill again...English is horrible so he can't seem to understand what I'm asking him.Told him I didn't want him using a drill and shaving away because it always damages the nail and he said I I only remove with this if you don't want it then you leave.Which is of course what I did.This was strike two for this place. The first time was having spent less than 10 minutes on a proper pedicure after paying for the most expensive one they had two daughters did the same and they were there nearly twenty minutes longer than myself and my polish was a complete disaster.Rest assured they've lost our business forever. They care more about getting lots and lots of people in and they do giving quality service.And of course don't care to learn English well enough that a customer can communicate.

I haven’t been in a while because there were much better options but my MIL wanted to treat me for Christmas. I started with Tina but the guy took over for her. I was warned immediately by MIL that he’s not very good but I didn’t take her seriously enough, obviously.As seen in the photos, he chewed up my fingers and made me bleed trying to dremmel the acrylic off my skin! When I said “No! No more!” He said for me to relax! After I got home, I fixed the rest (see photo of how much I peeled off the back of my thumbnail) and also clipped the chunks of acrylic off the bottoms of the nails and also rounded the sharp corners from cutting the tips to length. I truly cannot believe they expected me to be satisfied with that much work still to do.If you do go here, do NOT let the guy touch your precious hands.

Had been going here every 2 weeks and have always booked an appointment. The last time I went in for my scheduled appointment I was told by her husband that Sandy was ill. I was sympathetic and he rescheduled me for the following Monday at 5pm. He wrote it in the appointment book in front of me so I know I was scheduled. I go for my appointment at 5pm that Monday. I'm told Sandy is busy but to sit at station 2. Sandy turns around and says very loudly No

I haven't been here in years, decided to try this place again. Very happy. The pedicure was wonderful and it wasn't rushed. Staff was friendly. I will definitely be back.
