Shopping for swimwear is sometimes a traumatic experience, but your staff member Gabby was so very, very helpful and kind when I visited on the afternoon of March 7th. I'm not the easiest to fit, but she helped me find pieces that were very flattering.This is, by the way, the latest in a long series of positive experiences with store staff at this location. Thanks, everybody!It's also worth mentioning that the various pieces I've purchased over the past two years have held up to wash & wear extremely well -- La Vie en Rose items hit a nice balance between quality and price.Nor' Black

Looking for a guardian Angel for bras? Then look no further. Walked in, was greeted by Angel and she took the time and patience to help me find the perfect bra for my pregnant body. She was professional, efficient, and listened to what I liked and didn’t like. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy any of the bras but since she found two that were perfect for me, I had to get them. If you go in, ask for Angel! She is awesome.

got a weird vibe from staff here, just all standing at the cash. when i went to pay i made small talk.. only to hear the staff member comment on it being a weird conversation as i was walking away yeah cause the vibe is off, makes for awkward situations...the side eyes from momager was weird too.

The girl was very helpful. Helped me with getting arranged with sample bras i had a Mastectomy. Showed me how to go on line. Got home ordered 2 specialty bras. She was so kind

Since Covid I feel like customer service has been terrible everywhere but I was so happy to come to La Vie and actually be treated politely and have an easy and helpful experience while I did a return and shopped around. I really do appreciate service like this and expressed it to the assistant manager.

I went in Saturday March 14th around 10 am and I received the worse customer service!! there were two girls working. No acknowledgement, no courtesy, no service. I was the only one in the store and not once did they ask if I need it help and when I asked the blond girl for help she said whatever is out is what we have left" and walked away in the past I been asked what size I was looking for and they have even gone to the back to see if they have more. When I asked to try a few things on she just pointed me to the back. They were more concern about their weekend plans than helping me. I walked away with nothing since I was annoyed with the service. I been to this location before and I have never had such a bad customer service experience I have always had a great experience

I just left the College Square location and I had a wonderful experience. Both Angel (manager) and Gabby were amazing. They helped fit me properly and gave me different options to chose from. I highly recommend going to be fitted by them. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
