It was free, there were bathrooms, it was beautiful. Can't really ask for more tbh.

Beautiful beach. Water was warm. Picnic area and bathrooms. Everytime I’ve been it’s never been to crowded.

Best swimming experience in Nova Scotia so far! I recommend that check sea level before going there. High tide is the best time for me. Warm and clear water.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to in NS. The water was wonderfully clear and such a nice temperature. It was cool enough to be refreshing but not so cold that you take shallow breaths as you wade in. The water stays pretty shallow as you venture out so it's pretty safe (with proper supervision) for kids.We wasn't on a hot clear day and the beach wasn't overrun. My only warning is take the signs for poison ivy seriously and stay on the paths.

I hate to write a good review because I don’t want the beach to become over crowded. This place is incredibly beautiful. Well maintained even the outhouses are clean!

Gulf Shore Provincial Park
very clean beach with dark sand. some shells, some algae, some twigs... but it's all comfortable. you can come with children, there is no glass and other debris in the sand. beautiful view and warm water (in July). I recommend everyone to visit this place. everyone who loves a deserted beach will definitely appreciate this place

Visited Friday May 12, 2023 and park was closed except for walkers. No place to park at the road so the trip was for nothing. Very disappointed as this is one of our favorite beaches.

Beautiful beach! Not super long, but still plenty of space. The water was so warm. Didn't use the onsite facilities beside the tap for cleaning off our feet.

This place is a hidden gem. One of my favourite spots to swim. If you get there at high tide watch for the rocks walking out to swim. Brand new bathroom and change rooms.
