After trying many attempts to book an appointment and traveling 1 hour to fill out forms, I was told they wouldn't take on my case they are very busy. That's fine but at least refer me to another company, surely they must know other reputable Lawyers that could help. Can't comment on their lawyers skills but customer service was one of the worst.

The lawyer who initially took on my claim left the firm, and although I initially had concerns with the change of council, Lenehan Musgrave handled the change professionally and placed me in the best of hands. Daniel Wood took over my claim, and represented me to the best of his ability. He responded to all communications in a timely manner, he took over the process of dealing with the insurance company on my behalf (saving me significant time and stress!), he was professional, empathetic, and understanding.
