Very poor service, the staff will not help you if anything breaks down i had no fridge absolute disgrace. When i asked for fridge i was given another broken fridge all my food went off. The staff did not help us and we was told go home as a solution. So if you complain you they will tell you to go home.

Great place to stay. Can get out and about to visit places. Could do with moving the outside furniture though as it sits under a tree that drops its leaves on to the table and makes it dirty and sticky. Didn't use the table at all. Could do with a little welcome pack of shortbread and 2 small bottles of prosecco and the shower pressure isn't great. Tip: Don't use both showers at the same time.

This park is in the middle of such an amazing setting. The walks the cabins and the surroundings are very good. My kids and husband also loved it.

Location is picturesque with some lovely walks.Spoke to reception prior to arriving, very polite and helpful.Accommodation is very basic and very tired looking, our dishwasher could not be used as looked very filthy inside. Bathroom walk in shower leaked everytime it wad used and bathroom extractor fan could not work properly due to being so dirty.Cracked mirror in spare room and this being an upgrade.Shall not be returning which is very disappointing as it has so much potential.

Wow, what a place, perfect location for trips to London thorpe park and many more. The caravan spec is impressive much better than expected. Staff are friendly and extra helpful. Indoor pool etc couldn't wish for more. We'll a few coat hangers would be good lol. But that would be a mean gripe.. we will be back!

Not easy to get to via Train,no cab services from reception,no links with nearby taxi firm which would be beneficial to those who do not drive,we were told you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance for a taxi how ironic is that,however the place is really good but ashame all the log cabins not the same standard although you pay the same price, me and my sister had same cabin only 4 doors apart one was modern the other was like my granny's place..

I spent 4 days with my daughter and granddaughter this week. I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to mention the lovely hoeseasons lady at reception. She was so helpful and really helped us out on a few occasions and always with a smile thank you so much.

We had a lovely holiday here, peaceful and quiet with not much about to disturb your walks or evenings. The local villages have some fab eateries and ice cream places. A fav of ours was The Percy Arms, bar and grill, portion sizes were good and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Great playground at the pub to.

What a fantastic park. We stayed in a lodge with our two dogs, it was very clean and spacious, you are given a welcome pack of cleaning bits, tea & coffee which is nice. Theres no shop on site so bring your own milk etc… but there’s is shop a 4 minute drive away so it’s not a big deal There’s a beautiful swimming pool which I used every day which also has a sauna again very clean. The staffs are so friendly nothings too much trouble. I would definitely recommend The grounds are well kept. Beautiful pubs and restaurants nearby . Thank you so much for a lovely holiday we will be back

Even though the only way to get here is by car or cab it is a lovely place to go, there is a small cafe and swimming pool but that's it. If you are looking for caravans with loads to do I recommend park Dean but if you want some relaxation and not looking for alot then I would come here
