Walter and Krista the owners are amazing! If i have any questions i always trust that these two will give me the best advice for my beloved pets! This is a very busy location as it carries everything your pets may need! I have started getting my dogs nails trimmed by walter and he is now the only person in town I will trust with her! Thanks for being such a big part of our community!

Bought a Chinese Dwarf Hamster 2 weeks ago at an extravagant over-price. Got great service but I have only seen my hamster for a total of 12 minutes in over 2 weeks!!!!! Either she is ill or was totally misrepresented by the salesman. Not happy, not happy AT ALL!!!! I will be looking to swap out this dud of hamster next week at a total inconvenience to myself. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I've been using Gardel for 10 years. Today I went in with my leaky, abused, 8 year old aquarium filter. I assumed it was dead. Walter had all the parts for it and it's now up and running, good as new! He literally saved my fishes lives today! He's got what you need.

i arrived a couple weeks ago in search for a snake to prepare for a family reunion (grilled, of course) but when i asked the staff about it they looked at me as if i was insane. i said that i didn’t want their limp, malnourished, gympy excuse for a snake anyways. so they offered to take me to the back to see the exotic pet collection- they were still asleep from tranquilizer but it a great experience nonetheless. i was able to purchase a baby sloth, they only accepted cash for some reason. at the end of it all, i was able to have a perfectly wonderful meal- my uncle loved it! would definitely come back again.

I have been a customer of Gardel's for many many years, not pet related but pond related. Walter inspects my pond pump, UV filter and provides me with updates on new products each year in a very timely fashion.I can highly recommend his store and his friendly staff for their reliable service.

The BEST staff.Sam, Reuben and Amy are always so helpful. My kids and I look forward to going there and are always excited to see what new animals they have. One of my favourite stores in town!

Wonderful staff, everyone is nice and very resourceful! Excellent customer service. I’ve purchased many fish from this location all are very healthy and happy! They also have a wide ride of fish keeping essentials useful to those in the hobby. Definitely a go to spot for anything fish related!
