Bell Alliant are the worse people to deal with. They harrass you, they are rude, when you are trying to fix an issue they keep giving you the run around and transfer you to someone just to be transfered to them again just to be transferred yet again. They will not let you go above their head and let you talk to a supervisor. They say they are not allowed, but I know for a fact that they actually can very well transfer you.Even if you don't owe a large amount they will harrass you every day, but I know for a fact that there are people who owe higher amounts makes no effort to pay at all but they don't get harrased as much. Do not use bell Alliant services, they are not a good company and will screw you over.
