My father went here on January 13, 2023 and Karen was the operator that he dealt with. Karen was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Not only did she ask questions that she has no business asking (this is not the first time we have sent money transfers) but she had the audacity to mock my father who was sending money to Turkey to his elderly and sick sister who is a refugee. She mocked my father for being a senior and stated that you live on Senior benefits

Extremely poor and BAD customer service. The lady Karen working at the desk is not professional at all. She refused to give me her managers name and email. Her customer service skills are VERY POOR, not willing to help a customer or find solutions to problems. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone. They need better employees that are customer focused. This location is complete trash.
