Our family had Piero come and assess our A/C unit which was not working correctly. The pipes were freezing over, and the system was not running as cold as it normally would, etc. Piero contacted us within an hour, and made an appointment to see the system the very next day. Piero had our system running perfectly quickly, he was punctual and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend him again. Thank-you Piero!

Piero was amazing! I called early this morning with a very strange dilemma. My day old pet ducks had escaped their crate and were stuck in the duct work since last night. Piero came within an hour and successfully cut a hole exactly where the baby ducks were. Unbelievable experience! There are no words to describe how great full me and my small children are to have him save our baby ducks! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Piero was amazing from the 1st phone call I made to him.Even though he was already at a job site, he answered my call, gave me instructions to leave my concern with him regarding my pool heater, take pictures, send them to him, etc. as I needed a professional opinion on the matter. I asked him how much was his fee in coming to take a look at what my concern was, he said it was a free estimate and if there were a job to be done, he would give me a quote and we could go from there. Amazing! I called around for another opinion prior to Piero, and there was a fee to come take a look and no appointments were available until further notice with the other' company who had already taken my credit card information.Piero came in on a Sunday morning...very knowledgeable

Would HIGHLY recommend Niagara West Heating and Cooling. Our A/C unit stopped working (18 years old). We made a mistake of calling a larger company to come and take a look at our A/C unit that stopped working that day. We were told it would cost thousands to fix and it wasn’t worth doing based on the age. We wanted a second opinion so found Piero at Niagara West Heating and Cooling. He was able to come by as soon as possible and took an actual look at our A/C unit . He found the problem immediately. Within 20 mins of his arrival he had our A/C up and running again. Saved us thousands. He was a pleasure to meet. Again I would highly recommend using this company especially as your first call.

I’m so glad that I decided to use this company to install a new a/c. Piero was here first thing and didn’t leave until he made sure everything worked as it should. I had Piero come out to look at my malfunctioning pool heater and he diagnosed the problem right away. Although it couldn't be fixed, he was able to take apart the plumbing for the old heater and install the new heater in a better configuration than the pool company did. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and kept me in-the-loop on the installation. His work was tremendous and I'll definitely use him again for any pool-related issues or HVAC issues at my house.

Piero came to service our AC unit and was very friendly and a total professional. We were waiting on parts…he notified me parts came in on Friday and could have easily scheduled Monday for install but came on Saturday to get unit running…very much appreciated.I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Piero is absolutely amazing. Ordered and installed replacement AC unit. Showed me how to maintain it. Extremely fast and friendly. Cleaned area better than when he arrived. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
