Cash4Cars - Scrap Car Removal Toronto

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took my old van before I got home from work after promising me they would wait ( I still have the keys) not allowing me to change my tires (brand new tires on it) and gave me the run around on getting my tires back. Had to go to police and file in small claims court as im now out $1700.Thanks for taking food out of the mouth of my child!!absolutely DISGUSTING

Absolute joke. Based on the previous reviews I asked specific questions about quoted price, ownership transfer, bill of sale, tow etc. Got no direct answer. Against my better judgment I went with them. Scheduled pick and was assured they pay what they quote". Was quoted $1500. When some guy named Igor showed up he looked at the car and said he could give me $300. Left my car in a public lot with the key in the ignition. When I asked to have a bill of sale sent I was told to contact them in a couple days. When I reached out got no response. I will wait one more day

So surprised these guys business is there though its review is only 1.5. Actually I'm so sorry about so called Mike and Kush (who knows it's true name or not) who are cheating, full mouth of lies, playing the same cheap game everyday. Can't image how they face their family members. They intentionally gave you higher price for the scrap car; if you tow to their place, they find stupid excuse to cut the price; normally you just don't want to tow your car back; you gave up. If you ask them to tow your car, they just send a driver to your place and photo the bottom etc, then cheat you a generator is lost, cut the price. Please never ever believe any words from these guys. Just go to other place with at 4.0 review to save your time. PLEASE STAY AWAY THIS BUSINESS! Our community should have no space for these guys!

I just towed and sold my junk car to this company. The manager Mike offered me 1000$, instead an other guy came and paid me 600$ after mentioning many horrible defects in my car. I had no choice that time due to stress and with diasappointly accepted.Mike is now out of scene and other new guy said he has gone.Please be mentally prepare for this kinds of deal at final atage.

One star is too much ! Do not even consider dealing with them. They offered us 1,200 if we towed our car to them, unfortunately we did. To an empty lot, and then they had a tow truck come and the tow truck driver said 800. They are crooks ! Do not even consider, then once they knew they were stuck because our car was towed to an empty lot they said 700. Crooks ! Spare yourself please.

Stay away from this company!!All the previous negative reviews are true. The people who contact you either Mike G (manager) or Max (driver and the money man) all work together to scam you and pressure you into a lower sale price than originally offered. Everything is done through text messages, no bill of sale, scare tactics, rude and threatening tow truck drivers .The location they say they work from 500 Fenmar Dr. is a Bad Boy location, 175 Fenmar Dr. are just a bunch of factories and other wreckers in the area.If you need to sell a scrap car, pick another company!!If you choose to scrap a car and use another service like this, make sure you cancel your insurance on it immediately, go to Service Ontario and list your vehicle as sold, especially if you don't get a bill of sale. If anything happens to the vehicle after that, you are not responsible. Good luck.

They offered me to give me $1000 on the phone, then they offered about $650 cash for my 15 year old car.I wrote SCRAP" on both sides of the ownership card before selling. I also immediately handed in my plates to Service Ontario

Thank you for all the posts, I was a few hours away from towing my car to them. Thankfully I ended up here. Like the rest of you i was directed to a shady location on Islington ( luckily i know the area ), which has zero scrapyards nearby. Anywho, i dont know why cash4cars contacted me if i called scrapcarbuyers dot ca. They must be affiliated. Once again, a million thanks.

Beware!!! Everything you read about with this company is true.Just got back from taking my car to the same shady location that everyone is talking about and the guy that was supposed to meet us there conveniently broke down on the highway so the owner Mike G told us to leave the car there and then he would make arrangements to pay us. Both 600 Fenmar and 175 Fenmar are other businesses. these people are shady. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I wish I could give 0 stars. STAY AWAY! I will be contacting the authorities!

Offerred me a price on my car and agreed to come with a tow truck. Showed up with no tow truck and 500 less than agreed upon. Tried to make up a story about missing catalytic converters. Lied about plans to scrap and was planning to resell but without wanting to sign over the transfer of ownership. This is a major red flag as thr previous owner will still be liable. Didn't want to show any ID to confirm his name or address or company. Started yelling and raising voice at us when asked too many questions. Sellers beware. Would not recommend
