Grand Luxe Event Boutique

The Grand Luxe Event Boutique is located in a suburban area of uptown Toronto at Bayview and Finch. It offers ample (free) parking behind the building and is easy to find. Aside from the amazing food this place offers, I love that it will host only your event that evening so you can be sure you won’t be sharing your space with another wedding! I recently had the pleasure of planning and coordinating a wedding at The Grand Luxe last Saturday and it was one of the best venues I’ve ever worked! As a wedding planner, we are always grateful when we can work well with a venue and they are respectful and appreciative of our job too. Having good communication is so important and is key to executing a smooth event. Lina was our main contact and she made communication so easy throughout the process whenever my client needed something or when there was a last minute change, they were very accommodating and would work with us to make it work for the couple. Many guests came up to me that night complimenting how incredible the food was and that this was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. The couple truly got to enjoy their wedding day, which is most important! And we could not have pulled off such an amazing event without the patience and help from the Grand Luxe exceptional staff. As a wedding planner, I truly enjoyed working with Lina and their team. Very Elegant place. Food is classy! Love the venue!

We recently hosted my daughter's wedding here with about 175 people. Grand Luxe was not the original location we booked for the wedding, but once we made the switch, they allowed us to bring in the caterer we had been working with. I have heard the food is great at Grand Luxe, but since our caterer had already put in so much time with us I wanted to find a way to keep my business with them and the Grand Luxe allowed me to do that. From the start, I had a great experience. The coordinators I was assigned made everything so easy and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The facility itself was in a great location for our friends and family with plenty of free parking. We had the ceremony onsite and it was perfectly set up for that. After the ceremony we went to the lobby for the cocktail hour while they switched over the banquet hall for the dinner. That went smoothly. We made use of the on-site piano in the lobby and hired someone to play during the cocktail hour which was a nice addition. Inside, the hall has nice high ceilings and there are several lighting packages to choose from to add to the decor. If I'm being honest, I found those a little pricey. We went for the middle-priced package and added string lights. It did look pretty. I also loved that the bar was on the dance floor so guests wouldn't be leaving the party to get a drink. I found their bar package to be more than reasonable priced so I appreciated that. There were some minor hiccups, but nothing that would prevent me from saying we had a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the venue to friends and family.

I’ve been to this venue a few times, it’s a very classy place but the real star is the food. I’m usually not a fan of banquet hall food but the food here was actually fantastic. The plating and flavours can rival a fine dining restaurant. The paella station was really cool but the lamb chops were the standout. They also had a customized food truck outside the front entrance serving hot chocolate at the end of the night which was pretty cool and different.

This remains one of our favourite Wedding Venues in Toronto. The food is out of this world, the staff is so nice, the planners are on their game...and the bar tenders light things on fire!!! (great show!)

My experience at the Grand Luxe Event Boutique was extremely exciting. They place is nice, spacious and has a free parking space for event guests. They food in general is awesome. I enjoyed the event hosted there,

Thank you Jessica for making our wedding a wonderful night. The Grand Luxe is a beautiful, single event venue with plenty of parking in a central location (no worries with DVP closures and parking downtown or the far drive up to Vaughan for our older guests). We had outside catering for our dinner and had the venue provide hor d'oeuvres and dessert, which were all delicious. My guests raved about the lamb chops and white chocolate souffle the most! Jessica coordinated well with vendors and her staff to make our night run as smooth as possible. Definite recommendation to all our friends who will be getting married in the future.

Recently had my wedding reception here and it was perfect. Lina was so great in accommodating all the changes with covid, and made rescheduling easy. The food is absolutely incredible, and everyone is still talking about it. The nice thing is only your event is being held, and you're not sharing with other people. It's also very central to the city, and close to the highway. I would say maybe the parlor area is a little dated, but honestly you're not staying in there anyway so not a big deal. I find them to be reasonably priced, and a good bang for your buck. Definitely do your event here!

My bridal shower was held at Grand Luxe Event Boutique and it was the most memorable and beautiful event. From the start of the planning process, the staff took extra care in assisting me with the organization of the event. Any requests I had, were taken care of professionally and effortlessly. The day of the event, the service was executed perfectly and professionally. Staff were attentive to each of my guests' needs and the service of food and drinks were timely and professional. The specialty cocktail was so colourful and brought life to the party as guests entered the hall. The plating of each entree was meticulous and purposeful - each dish looked like a new painting on a blank canvas. The quality of food was superb - the chef truly put care and thought into all my requests for my customized menu. Each table was served with a presentation like no other - all dishes placed in front of each guest as if it was choreographed. At the end of the day, my family was treated like royalty from start to finish and we felt like we were part of the Pegasus Hospitality Group family. We highly recommend this venue for all your event needs - whether social or corporate functions. You will be taken care of!

We attended the venue on a Monday evening for a birthday party. Food was great, venue was nice but there are some parts that require upgrading. The washrooms are located downstairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
