Costco Vision Center
I dealt with Jessica at the vision center to order glasses, do a contact lens fitting and order contacts - she was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the older lady who answers phones/makes appointments (sounds like someone in their 50s, 60s). Whenever I called to make an appointment or ask a question, she always sounds rude.

Traveling through Red Deer, left my contacts at home. Was fit in for an urgent contact fitting within the hour with Audrey who was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Very impressed, great experience.
