I will never rent from this company again. We left the suite in better shape then when we moved in and they still held back some of our damage deposit. It was also required for us to have the carpet professionally cleaned at a cost of $200. We only had the place for 8 months. The employer that checked us in at the beginning was friendly and nice to deal with. The employer that assisted with move out was not pleasant and difficult to communicate with. She also blamed us for small wear and tear items and took a substantial amount of our damage deposit. We own two rental properties ourselves and would never treat anyone the way we were treated by Magnum York.

Ginny has been great managing our home. She's coordinated tenants, renovations, and is very supportive and an excellent communicator.

It was a miracle that we got into the rental we did. Price was right and the house size was perfect for us. Ginny was very professional and met our needs with grace. I would recommend Ginny at Magnum York to anyone who is in need. She knows the market and will work with you to find the place you need.

Amazing staff that is willing to go that extra mile for their tenants. When ever a issue arises they are quick to get the issue resolved. I have dealt with Ginny for many many years as a tenant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very easy to deal with.Update… they were good while living there. Until you move out. Then it’s a fight to get your damage deposit back and Ginny likes to ignore you until you threaten to call management
