The staff at Gateway Pet Hospital are compassionate, caring and nonjudgmental. They cared affectionately for our dog Peanut up until the end of her life. Thank you to Dr. Nina and the amazing staff for your kind, compassionate, empathetic and professional care. It was gratefully appreciated.

We have been coming her for 7 years with our cat and dog. We have always received excellent, friendly care. Now, our dog is palliative with cancer and the team here (especially Dr Stephanie) have gone above and beyond to help us during this time. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

We have taken our dog and cat there...recently switched to this vet...amazing care for both our animals ...the atmosphere is so much nicer than other places..our dog henri was treated by Dr. Stephanie , whom also treated our cat last year and inquired how our cat was doing...such compassion. There are so many thoughts I have about Gateway . I will say this is by far the best Vet Hospital/Clinic I have ever been to! They are very personable and treat you like your pet is theirs as well. My dog recently passed away and the whole process was so gentle and the pace was my own. I can't thank you enough for everything you guys have done for us! I just received your card in the mail regarding my dog and I could not believe the care that was taken in that card. Each doctor that helped my dog signed the card personally and said such kind words. I am in tears as I type this as I miss my dog so much but also because I am so unbelievably impressed and thankful she was at a Vet clinic like yours. The customer service is like no other .. top of the line. I will always recommend you to my friends and family. I will continue to be a proud client there as I still have my cat. Thank you so much for all that you do from the bottom of my heart. Dont change, you guys are the best of the best.

This vet is full of people with big hearts. They have saved my dogs life 2 times and never casted judgment on my financial situation and even gave help with paying for things. I can't recommend doctor Rebecca enough. Thank you to everyone that works there.

The whole animal care team at Gateway pet hospital is incredible. They are very accommodating, provide high quality care and most importantly, they seem to genuinely care about my dog! I have called in concerns a couple times and instead of booking me in and charging me unnecessarily for something benign, instead they allow me to send in photos and give me a plan of action over the phone. They always provide evidence-based practice and inform me of the pros/cons (risks/benefits). They take the time to discuss my thoughts/concerns and allow me to ask questions. They are very thorough. i want to pick up some Bravecto for my dog as I do every summer. Now, i cannot simply pick up, they want to see my dog and charge me extra. I just want this medication to prevent flea n ticks, they just want to make a buck off the visit. Time to look for another vet.

PET STYLING with DANA.We’ve had our special furry family member see Dana since he was a puppy. I was so nervous to take our little guy anywhere at first but I knew he would need to go somewhere eventually (he’s a Labradoodle).When I visited the Gateway Pet Paw Spa we were able to see the grooming area through a glass window which was a plus for me as a first time puppy mama. We go to a different vet clinic that’s closer to home but let me tell you she is worth the drive for her services. Since our guy’s first groom we have been so happy with her work… Every single time! She is also the kindest, most gentlest person too.Thank you so much Dana for all that you do!!

I’ve been going to Gateway for about three years. I absolutely love it there! The staff are super friendly, always take the time to answer my inquiries, and have my dogs best interest at heart. As a first time pet owner, they are really patient with me in explaining medications and procedures. The added bonus is having the groomer at the same location. I love visiting Dana and my dog always leaves looking fresh. She always offers me great tips and advice to make sure I’m taking the best possible care of my dog. Nothing but positive things to say.
