Though I have driven past this place on Hastings a million times; I never noticed it before and definitely would not have found them without Google. ( They need help with their signage). It actually appears to be named Richardson & Wes on the sign at the top of the building.I am a last minute person. Store employees hate me. I'm the guy who sneaks in the exit door of Home Depot at 9:59 PM and runs to the paint section searching for duct tape.The case was similar today. A last minute search for a store selling the copper parts that Home Depot no longer carries brought up the name of this store and I gave them a call. They were closing in twenty minutes. Oops.I walked in the door five minutes before closing and apologized.I got some of the best service and most helpful advice I have ever received in any store. Talk about knowledgeable! The guy I spoke to listened and understood exactly what I needed. He even let me climb up a ladder to a loft to see an example of what I was looking for ! I walked out with everything I needed (ten minutes after closing time) and he undercharged me by a dollar.Do I recommend these guys ?Yes !Will I return ?Yes !

I needed a part for a shower faucet that broke and called to check if they had any. The employee was super nice and said he'd wait for me to come in. Once there, he taught us how to install the part very thoroughly. He was very professional and friendly and even did a quick demo. The price was good. I'd definitely recommend.

Our hot water tank is in a very small place. Also, the washers and dryer are in front of the hot water tank. Wah Fai actually needed to climb over the washer and dryer and moved the washer and dryer out before they replaced the hot water tank. It was a very difficult job. People always complain and get upset with us when we get the service, but not Wah Fai. They worked so hard and did an amazing job. They were polite and friendly. They provided such a good service that I didn't mind paying more.They also let me know how much it will cost and explained the reason of the price before I booked the service. Therefore, there is no any strange extra cost afterwards.

completely unsatisfied with the service. I called the to look at my furnace I knew it was not working he showed up looked at it and told me he couldn't fix it and still charged me even though he didn't do any thing he didn't even give me a quote to change it I don't think he knew what he was doing. you cant charge some one if u don't fix there problem never call them again complete waste of time .

We had an older style boiler in an older house, we were challenged to find a replacement especially with covid transport issues. What we were quoted was double the price. Wah Fai was able to complete the job within a few days with fair price and excellent quality. We were referred from our neighbours also who used Wah Fai. We are happy with our new boiler in an older townhouse. Will recommend and be back for future jobs. 平靚正!

My builder replaced a thermos couple today . Besides $130 labor, the worker charged my $50 extra for the part. I later found the price for the part only about $11 in the sore (Rona). I then made a phone call to the company, I did not a staff named Sing there was quite rude. He was impatient to me and even cut off the phone call before listen to me. I raised my question politely, but did not expect him to yell back. The company's manner is disappointing. They sold me a $11.00 worth of part for $ 50. Now I understand their trick.

I have dealt with this company for 14 years. It has done a good job so far until I called for a cleaning service on Thursday which supposed to include flushing the water in the boiler. That was not done. My heat was working just fine. After the cleaning it was not working. My top floor has no heat. I called a different technician and was told the water feed assembly was shut off. It could have caused the boiler to burnt. When I called to complain. No apology, no offer of refund.I cannot believe they did this to a 14-year loyal customer. What a pity they lost my trust now.***DO NOT USE THEM***

The heating/plumbing service I used before no longer serve the area I moved to. A friend recommended this business for boiler maintenance service. The person who answer the phone was very patient, polite and helpful. I was able to get an appointment in the same week.On the date of service, James was great. He spent the time to check the system and explained his observation in great detail. He also provided recommendation for keeping the system working in optimal.I am very happy for the service they have provided.

They were recommended by a trusted friend. The plumber we got was James. Arrived on time, got to work on our water heater. He's wearing a mask for safety. Our tank was overdue for a replacement. Charged as quoted. No non-sense transaction. Very satisfied with the work he did.
