RJ provided great customer service, she was very helpful and patient with all my questions. She took the time to help me search for other flavours when they didn’t carry it in store and said they could order it for me. Would definitely go back and look for her.

Super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff, and reasonablypriced grooming available. Good selection of chews, treats, toys, apparel, and supplies. My pup loves getting a fancy treat whenever we visit.

Nearly every time I go to this store to pickup Friskies Shredded wet cat food they are out. I even requested to be put on their back order list, in which I NEVER got a call for - I went to the store a week later to find that it was in stock at that time. The same is for the dry food that my cat enjoys. Nearly half the staff I've encountered seem disinterested and never smile. Knowledge is limited with only one staff member seemingly knowledgeable. There are boxes regularly in the aisles, which can be dangerous when trying to pick out items from the shelves.

I would not recommend this location. It does not seem like the staff really want to help or are particularly knowledgeable. Was looking forward to purchasing lots of products for my fur baby, but will be doing so elsewhere :(

Services below par. Plus prices are way above par. I just decided to go to my local convenience store for BETTER Quality Food & the prices are very reasonable. And the staff is quite polite, too.

I wouldn’t recommend for grooming ! I showed them a picture and explained 100 times what I want and what I don’t want ! and my dog face was veryyyyyyyyyy different with what I wanted so I cut it after my self tuned out much better than what they did. Here is the picture of before and after! the one in the car is right after grooming and the one on the couch is after I did some work on my dog face !!

Yeah …whatever . Employees were very strict people First off, I ask a very simple question about what my pet should love as a snack, than they just completely ignore my question & talk about a whole different topic. &Matter a fact I felt like they were rude unfortunately because in the middle of the conversation they just gave me a long stare & didn’t seem interested or open to me about anything I had to say.
