H&R Block

Our first experience with H&R Block (Bunting Rd) was excellent. Ines was extremely pleasant and great to work with. She went out of her way to explain everything to us line by line, while also giving us helpful suggestions for next year. She was incredibly patient and kind, while making us feel very comfortable and able to ask any questions if the need arose. Even despite a system outage and a longer than expected appointment, we still left happy. We cannot say enough great things about her, and because of this we will definitely be returning next year. Her customer service certainly did not go unrecognized, and we are forever greatful for her time and caring company! Thank you Ines!!Allyson & Billy

I was dreading doing my taxes. I was fortunate enough to have Burny as my tax consultant. Burny went above and beyond to help me with my tax concerns.

After taking 2 hours to complete my return, their employee Elvina had the audacity to charge me $129.94 for a simple tax return. Wben I objected to the price, they told me to contact head office. I did that and have gotten no response yet. They're a bit of a rip off.

Kristin is a Rock she helped me for 2 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile, even on the deadline date she still gave me the time to ask questions and explain.I’m completely satisfied

I filed my tax return at H&R this year and wish I’d done it years ago. Karen was excellent, knowledgeable,Professional and made the entire process so simple.I had a complicated return because of joint real estate transaction and an adjustment from a previous tax year. I expected to pay a large amount to CRA because of Capital Gain, but was pleasantly surprised, actually shocked that the amount was so much lower. She offered tips and advice that I found very helpful. I highly recommend her and will be requesting her next year.Thank you again for your wonderful service!

I have been using H&R Block for many years now for my tax returns, the service that I received from them is outstanding. The staff are always so friendly, and make me feel very comfortable every year that I return to do my taxes. The rates that I am charged for my tax returns are very affordable, and I plan on using them for the rest of my life.

Jazmine. Was my Agent and she explained everything to me which I advise everyone be prepared to pay for your taxes and if u don't owe the government zero, the government owes me $ 17.00 which I don't get until March 5-10 2022 that's how taxes are being done this year very different.GST July. Trillium if u receive Trillium July I highly recommend Jazmine I already referred my father Michael and son Ryan 25 who lives with my dad.

My experience with Burney was hands-down the best H&R Block experience I've ever had; she was absolutely amazing, funny, high competent, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend her enough - literally every outlet out there should have a Burney!!

I was very unhappy when I left. I was told in beginning it would cost $60 to do my taxes. When I was done the next couple days I was told $180. Then I get an email to confirm having my taxes done, it's now $200. I am on disability and only get $300 for climate change. I could have had them done for free at community care. Ripped off!!!! Also when I asked what my refund would be for gst and trillium could not get n answer, I asked several times and would just not give me n answer. Just kept saying it doesn't get paid until July. Very very unhappy with my service. I used to get taxes done here all the time years ago and never had a problem, maybe it was this location, but never again.
