WORST PROPERTY I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM. If you don’t mind being constantly watched and harassed by the on-site caretaker this is the place for you!

Buyers beware! By far the worst place I have ever lived in. Tons of structural issues. Constantly feeling watched by the creepy caretaker, all the issues I’ve brought to their attention have been ignored. They will fine you for everything they can get their hands on. Found multiple cockroach’s in the building, and they blame it on the residents.

Great place to live and rent. Pet friendly and quiet neighbors. Close to the Forks, Legislative, Riverwalk. Beautiful parks located here too.

Lived at 15 Kennedy for 9 years.Great place to live. Love it!Close to downtown, the Forks, Osborne Villiage and all the conveniences but in a quiet corner by a number of Parks and the Legislative grounds.It's just like living in the country but in the heart of the city.We have a great Caretaker and Managment company that runs the building well.

don’t rent here. Management is terrible. Caretaker is awful. Structural issues. Avoid this place at all costs.
