My Corsa bike service experiences for last 4 years have been exceptional. Mechanics with many years of experience both in mountain biking and working on bikes, and extremely polite too. I couldn't be happier with them.

Welcomed when i walked in the door. They were very busy when I was there but I had very fast service, answered all my questions and got me back on the trail that day.Store was stocked with supplies as well which is nice to see

My son asked me to bring him into Corsa to shop for his first bike again today.For the third time we went into the store and looked at bikes and accessories hoping that maybe this time someone would make an attempt to help us. Even a hello would make a difference.No luck again! We live down the street from the shop and i have no idea what it takes to be acknowledged at this place.I asked the girl at the desk if anyone could help us and she basically said no. I told her it’s the third time we’ve been ignored and she said we should come back when it’s less busy. Busy is not how I would describe the atmosphere during any of our visits.Bottom line is it was a super disappointing experience the first time and by the third time explaining to my son that no one can help him choose a pedal bike it’s not worth another attempt.Before spending the kind of money on the price tags at a bicycle shop, check out the local motor sports dealers bringing in e bikes in a range of sizes and styles. See for yourself the difference in customer service and decide where you feel most comfortable spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Solid shop all around. New location is massive and very well laid out with multiple counters (Rentals, Service, Sales). Always impressed with their service especially this last time when Brett managed to fix my bike just in time for my toonie ride! Bunch of a shredders helping out shredders; highly recommend them.

Stopped in today and a nice guy , Nic took time away from his lunch to fix my seat , was awesome, was in and out within 10 min . Totally made my day . And very friendly lady at front cashier as well

We were on Vacation near Pemberton and needed a rear axle for my Sons Rocky Mountain Altitude. Checked every bike shop in Whistler and no one had one. Called Corsa and they said no promises but if you bring the old one in we might be able to help you. Drive down to Squamish to their shop. One of the guys in the service department took the old axle and after a while came back with one from Oneup. Said it should work. I should have checked myself (compared the threads) but didn't drove back to our campsite near Pemberton and found that the axle wouldn't thread in. Compared the threads on the old and new and found that the thread pitch was different. By this time the store was closed so I reached out on their chat (messenger) and talked to one of their guys. They really went all out trying to find a solution including contacting Rocky and Oneup. In the end OneUp was able to help us directly but I gave Corsa 5 stars as they worked hard to help us save our trip. Thanks guys.

Service shop has always been extremely nice and knowledgeable! I’ve come in multiple times with quick questions about my bike and they’ve provided advice, measurements, and quick tightenings of parts I didn’t have the tools for that saved me a ton of money. 10/10, definitely my go to bike shop

The worst customer service ever after spending about $20k there. They don’t really care about you at all!! Warranty is the worst on their bikes, guess that is what happened when you become too big, quality goes down a lot !!
