Bought some items on an auction inv#65784 back on Feb 28 2023. Asked for Flat rate GTA delivery fee as requested same day. Have not received a confirmation. Website said to give them a few days. Resent information two weeks later stating I have not received. Then also just tried call and the voice mailbox was full. Need a response sooner than this because of your terms.

Recently got several items here. Caveat emptor as always. You need to know what you’re bidding on. Most items are decent value and most descriptions are accurate. Key word in prior sentence - “most”. If you’re cautious, you’ll do well.

Totally excellent customer service !!! They will go over and beyond just to give you an outstanding quality service. Have a concern or need a specific accommodation, just inform them and they’ll find you a way. Picking up late is not an issue too. Just inform them in advance. They really set a good service standard among other similar businesses.

I won an item that was a decent price when compared to new. Spent about $40 driving to pick it up. Still a good price after this. Arrived and waited in queu for my item. Finally someone walking towards my vehicle. Noticed they only had a small bag. Asked where the rest of the item was.Supposedly bought a 50' extension cord for an RV. Was told the 1' end piece is what i was bidding on. Told them to check the description. 50' 50amp extension cord. Was told this was it. Was told I can return the part for credit or refund. No receipt, no paper trail to ensure I would get my money back. Was told it would be 3 or more weeks.I took a chance attempting to buy from this auction. Never again. Yes, its buyer beware. You would think someone would take the time to ensure description matches product. Will watch to see when money is returned and will update accordingly.Update;still no refund. ?? $63.39Bought: May 11, 2023returned: May 15, 2023Today: June 21, 2023 5 weeks and counting. Rip off, scam, poor business practices, incompetence?

I won several items at this auction and had them shipped to me and I'm pretty disappointed with the results. At other auctions that so returns they specify if the item isn't in good condition in the listing itself, that wasn't the case here. Though I guess it's possible they were in better condition before the shipping. Everything was just tossed into the box and a lot of items had come apart in the shipping process. I think that's crazy since all items have a handling fee of $1 in addition to the 16% the auction house gets. Also, and this is by far my biggest issue, all the items had huge stickers on them and one of the records I bought was damaged when I tried to gently remove the sticker. I'm afraid to try and remove the other ones. Will definitely not buy again.

Bought two items, a pair of Apple eadbuds and a Walrus Audio Julia V2 pedal. The earbuds were clearly used, with earwax still all over them. The plug was also bent, making the audio connection cut out often. The pedal was defective, with no effects coming out when tested. Thankfully Walrus Audio honored the free repair warranty on the pedal. Overall, very disappointed with the experience with this company, especially with the absolute lack of description in their listings.

BUYER BEWARE. I used to have really great results at this auction but I am less than impressed with how a recent auction has gone and due to this would caution any potential buyer. Out of the 8 items I bid on and won, two items were only half usable due to missing or broken parts which were extremely notable upon first looking at the item. In addition, 3 of the items were completely the wrong item. I was told that a refund could be done for these three items as it was a catalogue error on their part. The auction was May 12th and I have had several promises on such a refund and it is now June 3rd with no refund in sight.I should also mention that the items were picked up so they can’t blame that on a courier.I will update if they ever do refund the items accordingly.As of June 5th they have now refunded me.

Well this has been resolved now. It took 20 days but i guess there were some issues. I am hoping that due to this issue they have stream lined their process. I have waited almost a MONTH for a refund of my money after they gave me the wrong item. I don't understand why it takes a month to return my money after I returned the item almost a month ago. They replied and told me it was STILL PROCESSING.. REALLY!!Still nothing. I returned the item on March 7th and then received an email on the 8th telling me it would take 7 business days to return my money ...nothing. I then received an email telling me it was STILL being processed on the 20th and now nothing. I gave them the option to email transfer me the money ....NOTHING!!! I can not call or leave a message as no one answers. I just want my money back the same way that they took the payment. Can someone please call me and explain this situation. This is not very good customer service.Now supposedly they thought they were to credit my auction account...which is impossible. Now it is 2 more business days for a refund. Please I love this auction but this experience is not going so well.
