We went in just to look around and were approached by Claire Dubois upon entering. She asked if we were looking for something in particular, and we were. We gave her our wants/needs and she found us the exact recliner we were looking for. 20mins later, we were out the door heading to our dinner reservations with our receipt in hand.I wish all furniture purchases were this quick and smooth! Nobody picks up when u call the store. Received a defective dishwasher. They agreed to exchange it but I changed my mind seeing how they gave me the run around! Cancellation of my purchase is becoming a nightmare! PLEASE DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT

Had very bad experience needed a mattress in urgent izkri made me verbally satisfied by saying that i will get it in 2 days once i make payment he said cant deliver before 2 weeks my money is stuck there now

Excellent (and bilingual!) service received at the Boisbriand store from Johanne L. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable... and she didn't pressure us. She was there to help and she truly made our experience a pleasure. We will definitely return to see her for our future purchases.
