Worst patient care I have ever experienced. The CoVLP vaccine gave me brutal hives, painful mouth ulcers and blisters on my fingers that have yet to go away after 3 weeks. I dropped out of the study and they basically kicked me to the curb. Not one nurse or doctor has text, emailed or called to check in on how things are doing.

The doctors, nurses, and staff are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Every procedure and process are thoroughly explained and transparent. The facility is clean, convenient and extremely well equipped.

Nice, professional and caring people.

Please teach your “medical administrator” or whatever she said her title was - to practice EFFECTIVE listening. This is the number 1 tool to communicate with patients. Also she should be re-trained on privacy 101. Staff shouldnt be telling patients to “just google” websites to sign up and put CONFIDENTIAL information onto a site which for all I know could be the wrong website which I typed onto google. She told me to just to go google and search medeo health. First of all her english was not great where i couldnt even understand the word she was trying to get me to google. How safe would that have been??After I insisted that she spell it to me then she spells the name. After which I go to the medeohealth.com where it clearly says that I NEED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM CLINIC IN ORDER TO SIGN UP. She refuses to understand me and tells me to go “register”. No where on this site it says to register. Again she refuses to listen to me when I clearly have the website infront of me. I raised my voice because was not letting me speak. Then she says that I should stop yelling! If you cannot provide a direct link to sign up and clear instructions, the staff should at least KNOW WHAT the website looks like from the patient’s perspective. If staff needs to explain something to a patient, the least they should do is view the website like what the patients can see.When I told her what is on the website ie no place “to register”. Or that the site says I need a confirmation email from the clinic, she had the audacity to tell me that she isnt IT!! Wowww!! Then dont even tell patients they should be signing on websites that staff dont even have knowledge about!!Unbelievable and unacceptable for a government paid organization!

I've been involved with them since the start of the study. I personally can say I've never had an issue with them they've treated me very professionally and when I go in they greet me with a smile. The staff there have been very patient and I personally found them to be very knowledgeable in answering all my questions instead of passing me off to somebody else. As far as caring for the patients I have found them to be extremely diligent on that as I have found them to be very caring understanding and extremely friendly.

I'm participating in a simple trial. It's been a month and I haven't been paid at all. Not even for the screening fees. I'm being told that the accounting department is separate then the research center. I'm questioning the legitimacy of LMC Manna Research.People participate in research trials because they need the cash flow. And, to make participants wait over a month during these times, is terrible.I don't recommend anyone take part in these trials.
