A great place to get new a used games. Not all employees are knowledgeable about all products but they are very willing to help and get help if needed. All the nerd/gaming paraphernalia you could want!

I got sold a faulty xbox and controller. Took forever to get the controller replaced and my xbox only worked for 3 months before shutting off randomly and never turning back on. I give a 0 they have the worst customer service ever. Highly do not recommend buying anything expensive or valuable from them.

Friendly staff, quick and friendly service, felt like they genuinely cared and got me whst I needed.I've watched thia Game Stop evolve over the last 20 years, its amazing how the company has evolved too, they've gone back to their roots and it works.The store feels like the early 90s again, seeing Pokemon cards on the shelves and misc toys.Staff have changed over the years, but the spirit of the store stays the same.Reslly enjoy coming here and today I was compelled to finally leave a review. The team here has always in my opinion gone above and beyond the call to service for customers. I feel they need to be recognized and acknowledged.Thank you team!

Hands down my favorite place to shop! Staff are reliable, friendly helpful, and great problem solvers. Sean is incredible, he always does what he can to make us happy. Have gone there since my son was a baby and won't go anywhere else because of Sean's dedication and amazing personality. Thank you and stay awesome!

awesome location! although a little outdated in appearance, customer service was on point. had 3 guys that were kind enough to let me open up my packs with them after i paid, was a ton of fun and they kept the vibes up!! left with a smile on my face AND a few new pokemon cards!

Cool store. Staff really know their stuff. Shop there about a dozen times in the last year. Good experiences so far!

Two girls working behind counter never acknowledged me nor asked if I was looking for something considering I went thru entire store. I am so glad your personal conversation was so important that talking to customers was too difficult. If I wasn't wasting time in the mall and figured I could shop I would never go here.
