Stopped in for coffee and breakfast ... Handicap doors DO NOT WORK!!!! Both inside and out. This is the 2nd Tim Hortons in as many weeks (same problem in Hartland, NB) that I have stopped into and the handicap doors do not work! I have a Service Dog with me, and it is very difficult for me to hold the door open for her so she doesn't get hurt. Isn't it law that they should be fixed and operational? I can't imagine a person in a wheelchair could get in the doors.

Waited 25 minutes to get served inside .they served the drive thru first ,that is so crazy .If you take the time to get out of ur car you should be serve as fast as the other guy.Bad way of serving ppl.

Interior can be packed with locals who occupy the space for hours at a time,makinf seating indoors often problematic. Staff do the best they can but it's clear by the long lines at the drive-through that it's under-staffed to handle a rush and staff that are there are overly saturated. Inside lines and waits can be very long. The solution isn't another location, it's better trained and additional staff. Until then, this otherwise clean and convenient location get 3/5 stars.

Usual fast friendly service though on certain days service can be sub par in the drive thrue lineup

My family & I stopped at the drive in for 3 coffees after a long trip and they forgot my dads double double, and didn’t do anything about it. Poor service!
