their service charges are over the top compared to other franchise locations. my wine seems like it needs to age 12-16 months so become less harsh

Very efficient bottling process. Bottles are cleaned 12 at a time, filled 3 at a time. 2 batches (60 bottles in total) took a half hour from the time I pulled up to when I drove off. Fantastic.

the young gentleman was amazingly helpful, will definitely be heading back again.

Today at around 12:40pm I was walking with my son when I heard a Purolator truck honking his horn in a parking lot in front of this store. When I walked over to see what was wrong: this store owner/employee wearing a grey sweatshirt/black jean was standing in front of the Purolator truck barricading/stopping it from moving. Yeah he was parked in two spots but you had no right stopping him from doing his job!Heard what the frustrated Purolator driver said - you could be charged with mischief by the Police.Do not recommend anyone going here after seeing this store owner/employee doing this! Even other store owners came out and told him to move away from the truck but he would NOT MOVE. Very unprofessional.Oh forgot to mention this store owner/employee did this on Nov 11 Remembrance Day. Would you of treated a senior the same way if they parked in one of those spots going to a different store?

Have been going to wine making places for years, some good, some not so much, and this is the best I have ever experienced. Excellent service, great atmosphere, a knowledgable owner who cares and wine that can be proudly served anywhere.

Thank you Taylor for providing such a great wine making experiencing for me. Your store is very inviting, super clean and you are truly an expert in the industry. I'm having my first glass now and I must say my Pinot Grigio is absolutely delicious. It's light and airy and wait, why is my glass almost empty? I must prioritize my tasks here and end this review. Looking forward to recommending you. :-)

good place to start making your own wine

I just visited another business at the strip mall where this store is located and happened to park right in front of them. Although there is signage indicating parking is reserved for customers, I assumed this applies to customers of any business on this strip, which would be the logical thing. Even though I was in the repair shop next door for less than five minutes and even though there was ample parking space throughout the parking lot (including another reserved parking spot in front of this wine place), I came out to find a sign on my windshield threatening to have my car towed. My partner entered the store to politely ask for clarification on the parking policy at the plaza and was treated rudely and aggressively. Everything from the sign to the angry behaviour is completely uncalled for and no way to treat people. I can’t imagine it would be very pleasant to do business with this store, and now I certainly won’t ever try.

Great varieties, impecable attention to details and cleanlines. Engaging,. knowledgeable, and effcient service. Always there for that extra mile. I have been coming here for years after trying other places. Highly recommended!!
