LevelScape Interlock & Landscaping

I had LevelScape in to install a long strip of artificial turf the length of my property on one side of the house. Looks great! They were professional, installed on time and no unexpected issues. Hoping to use them again in the near future!

When we decided to take on a project for our backyard, I went looking online for a company, rating and reviews. Levelscape came up with a good rating and excellent reviews. So, I did not look any further and contacted them to do my project. Very happy that I did so. The project has just been completed and we are over the moon" with it. Phil was very on top of the job and meticulous and his gang worked very hard through probably the hottest week of the summer. Yes

Phil and his team were awesome, we had an extension of interlock done to our laneway leading to the front door.Got the job done on time and we enjoyed the weekend on our walkway.The follow up was very great as well, had a couple questions and they were answered right away.Highly recommend this team for any landscaping needs.

If I could give 0 I would. My family paid him I full and he came once and did half the job then never came back again. Kept promising he would come and we waited a year until he finally said that because we paid him in full he’s not going to come. Not a good experience and the house still isn’t leveled and we lost money, other contractors we hired condemned his work.

Great company, easy to deal with, accomodated last minute changes to the contract with ease. The work was done on time, with no surprises or extras, and no issues. The crew worked hard, crew showed up at 7am or earlier everyday like clockwork, including putting in some extra long shifts. Work was well organized, including sequencing of work and material deliveries. The team included me in the process, asking me questions and checking in to confirm details which was appreciated. The crew seemed to genuinely care about their work and the end product. Levelscape, Phil, Jeanette and team were great and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Go with this company as it's nice to deal with people who care about what they do and their customers.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received with LevelScape. We had a difficult project that Phil and his team handled with care and professionalism. They kept our property clean while working and were willing to adapt the plans to suit our needs. Jeannette answered all of our questions promptly and was incredibly responsive. We have worked with companies in the past that wouldn't even tell us if they would show up on a particular day, but LevelScape always kept us in the loop and updated us every step of the way. I DO NOT recommend this company. We waited 4 months for our landscaping to be done. Understanding that there are some delays and Covid, our project got moved by another three weeks. Finally the day came and they arrived, painted my lawn and tried to get my husband to change his mind about the location of the tiles that had already been discussed and approved on. Which from the start made him feel uncomfortable.Shortly after, they left our property without letting us know…not even a courtesy knock.Only to get a phone call within the hour saying that our rubber tiles are on back order and that they won’t be completing their contract and that the rubber tile company anticipates having the material a couple months down the road…My EXTREME disappointment is that, as an owner of a company, don’t you look into your materials prior to showing up to a job site??? AND they were THREE weeks past the date… which means they didn’t even look I to it whatsoever.For a project that costs thousands of dollars, the anticipation to have a beautiful area built for our children…only to be stood up in such an unprofessional way is baffling to me.Lastly, the owner didn’t even really try to fix it, he simply refunded my husband our deposit.Do yourself a favour and Do Not hire this company.

Phil and his team of professionals did a really great job, patient and understanding when changes were made before and during the construction. They did the entire backyard, including the pool bullnose, interlock right up to the pool edge and right to each fence, a walkway up the side of the house along the front attaching to the drive way. This was not a small job. Finished on time, turned out beautiful. Communication was great. Very well priced. I cannot recommend enough. when we are ready for our laneway, they will be the only call.

We hired Levelscape to replace our existing driveway and sidewalk, as well as to create a patio and walkways on our property. Their work and final product were everything we hoped and even more. We were pleased by how kind and accommodating everyone was. We highly recommend Levelscape for its quality workmanship.
